hello, everybody. i'm beth troutman. it's time for all the videos you've been looking for "right this minute." >> it's an ingenious way to save three stranded animals out on the frozen water. see the amazing hover craft rescue and the deer who seems to understand. >> he knew that we were there to help, not hurt. >> and packages slamming off the
3:01 pm
video truck. >> one after the other. >> a hang glider suddenly changes course on take-off. >> run, run, run, abort, abort, abort. >> and a couple pulls off a tim burton style wed being as the groom tells all at the altar. what he says that has the bride blush zpg it's a little tmi, perhaps, at the wedding. >> quite possible the most awesome and technicologically advanced animal rescue. albert lee lake in minnesota, some folks saw three stranded deer out on the frozen water. traction.heir little hoes the kind folks of albert lee lake reached out to med city hover craft to come to the
3:02 pm
rescue and the little stranded deer are completely exhausted and i think they realize the hover craft are there for a very good purpose. so the guys from med city hover craft, including james kinson, who is the owner of med city who have er craft spring into action using rope, they trope, they ti the hind end of the deer. >> i've never seen a more perfect use of the hover craft. >> we have the owner of the hover craft. when you got the call, did you spring right into action and know exactly what to do? >> it's the first deer rescue we've ever been involved in. i heard you talk about how a
3:03 pm
hover craft was designed for this. that's the wung thione thing, t craft gave us the ability to get out there. >> what happened to the deer once it got to shore? >> one deer, it stood right up and ran right off. >> yeah! >> look at him go! >> the other two looked like they had been out there for probably a couple days. so it took them just a little bit longer to gather themselves. so all three of them eventually just took off and ran into the woods. >> tell us how they reacted when you tied a rope around them and started dragging across the ice? did they let you do it? >> there was one deer that was kicking and screaming and making noise. but that same deer i think once it realized, hey, we're to help you, in one of the video shots, you can see the deer come over to my dad that was with me.
3:04 pm
it's like it knew that we were there to help it, not hurt it. >> these videos are just weird. this one in australia is at a jewelry shop. the crown family jewelry walks in and starts telling the store manager that he's going to propose to his girl friend, i need to see somin gaue iengagem rings. one was worth $35,000 australian dollars, the other was $24,000 australian dollars. >> and here, you can't look at it with your head on. as she pointed that out here, does this. the manager and customer run out of the store and follow the guy and apprehended him.
3:05 pm
the police come and arrested him but by the time they did, guess who had swallowed both rings. >> talk about an occlusion. >> the clarity will def flit in be affected. >> and he is arrested and won't be let go until he passes the rings. >> this individual i don't, these two are in a full-on fight. this goes on for a while. apparently the employee attacking the clerk caused serious damage. at this point the clerk ends up running to the back of the store, but this is an opportunity for the other employee to go behind the desk. he opens the door and takes a big sum of money apparently. the clerk comes back with officers and even though the guy did end up running away, they did find and detain him some
3:06 pm
time later. >> well, failure to launch is more than just a matthew mcconaughey movie, it is proved in this video here. big open place for this guy to run his hang glider. here he goes, run, run, run, run, abort, abort, abort! he stumbles off the edge of his launchpad. you have to commit if you're going to be a hang glider. >> this poor guy. was this his first attempt or something? >> no real information. it just looks like the guy doesn't commit. i was trying to see if i could notice anything wrong in the slow-mo. i think he just got cold feet. >> most embarrassing part, he's around a whole group of people watching him. >> just don't even come. leave me down here. >> now this video is trending now. looks a little bit older.
3:07 pm
but this is a powered power glider moment. he's taking off into the wind, ike you're supposed to do. look at the wide open space he has to work with. somehow this guy manages to smash himself into, one of the few things he could possibly run into. >> i feel bad for laughing but that's hysterical. >> oh, look, he's got acres of green open space. >> it looked like he was just about to get up in the air, too. >> right into that van. >> lots of packages this time of year. you're probably expecting some yourselves. >> now this happened in silver spring, maryland.
3:08 pm
this is taken by a resident. this a ups truck down the street but there are packages flowing out and slamming on the floor one after the other after the other. it appears as though the driver is going to put them on that dolly and deliver them but this driver is not being very careful. >> these guys deliver lots of packages every day. not everything is fragile but doctors perform surgery on tons of people. they can't just go i'm going to half ass this one. you know wtoes it all the time doesn't justify his action. >> they just flung that out the door. >> you'd be mad if this was your stuff. >> he's got to go outside and rearrange everything. wouldn't it have been easier to put the cart there and stack them up? >> he did communicate with the
3:09 pm
person that recorded the video and there is no word on the condition of the packages. we did reach out to ups and their public relations director told us that i can tell you this is not how we train our workers. ups emphasizes safety and handling, despite the increased volume this time of the year. >> an officer slows down to check out a standranded animal the road. come to find out -- >> it's a teddy bear! >> how he went the extra mile. >> i'm so glad this happened. >> and dude tries to his hit his target -- >> by using the image reflected in the often. >> see if his selfie message gets a bulls eye.
3:12 pm
this police officer, there is an award for the most spectacular rescue in history. he's driving down interstate 64 in evansville, indiana, but you'll notice he starts to slow down and then look up ahead. there is something in the middle of the road. what do you think that is? >> a deer. >> looks like a beaver. >> somebody's holiday turkey.
3:13 pm
>> watch what the sergeant does. he stopped his control car blocking traffic on interstate 64 and goes to examine the item in the middle of the road. he bends down and picks it up and puts it in his patrol car. >> somebody's little dolly or looks like a teddy bear. >> eigit's a teddy bear! he puts it in his patrol car. you notice he pulls over to the side of the road. >> did you lose your teddy bear? >> yes, sir. >> apologize. >> no problem. >> thank you very much. >> this belonged to a little girl named nicky. she happened to let loose of the teddy bear, so her family, they stopped to look for the teddy bear. little did they know that the sergeant rescued that teddy
3:14 pm
bear. >> good thing sergeant cullum was there. >> did you lose a teddy bear? >> yes, sir. >> there you go. >> well, it's that time of year in many parts of the world where you really have to be very careful on the road. you have to be extra cautious. you see something ahead. you stop. >> come on! >> the guys freak out! they throw it in reverse and back up. it's a japanese tire ad going viral around the world because of its scary nature. basically they're telling you get the right tires or something bad can happen to you. so with their tires, you can pop it in reverse and get out thereof there in an instant. >> or that their tires are so
3:15 pm
great that they protect you against even ghost. >> i think the ad means their tires are so good, it's scary. >> interpret it as you will. either way it's catchy. . >> it doesn't make me want to buy those particar tires. i feel like that woman would come with thetires. >> they have a disclaimer at the beginning of the video, if you're faint of heart, don't watch it. i did not include you in that disclaimer. >> basketball off the roof -- no. >> different kind of trick shot. we haven't seen this before. see if you can figure out what he's doing. he's got a forward facing camera and he's got standard spring loaded bee bee gun on his shoulder pointed behind him. so what's he trying to do? >> he's trying to hit that recycling can in the back.
3:16 pm
>> there's a can on top of of that thing that he's trying to hit by using the image reflected in the phone, in the forward facing phone. he's trying to hit certainly back here and looking in this direction and he's got his bee bee gun like this. if you've ever taken a selfie, you know if you do this, it's the wrong way. >> they could have used the mirror but the mirror doesn't record nothing. >> we got it all lined up. >> oh! >> the safety was on. >> he's like you got to be kidding me but i do appreciate that this guy knows the rules, safety first. this thing is 35 feet away. it's a tough ankle from our v vantage point. but watch. >> and you can hear he nails it. >> kerry posted this on our facebook page. thanks for terry for passing this along. encourage all of you to do the

same. >> nice shot. >> it's a video that could break your heart. >> but doesn't worry, it will put it all together before the end. >> and still to come, a goat is found living in squalor and unable to walk. >> hazel couldn't walk because of malnutrition, living in this desperate situation. >> how the humane society stepped in to get her back on her hoof. and the l.a. beat is scarfing down a new challenge. >> wait, you have to run a mile in under seven minutes after consuming four burritos? >> see if he's strong enough to stomach this one.
3:20 pm
i have feel good video that started out in a horrible situation, a hoarding situation in ohio. they found hundreds of cats, dogs, goats. one of the goats couldn't walk. hazel wasn't paralyzed but she couldn't walk because of malnutrition. the humane sty stepped in but instead of putting her down, they were able to put her in a sling and now we have good news.
3:21 pm
as you can see, hazel is in a much better situation watching as if she didn't have a problem. >> it's amazing what food can do for you. so many people would not have the ability to care for it. >> i don't understand bringing that many animals on to your property without knowing you have the ability to take care of it. >> i think it really starts with people who have a genuine concern and love for the animals. >> now she'll have a great life, she can run around with a new goat buddy, have fun grazing the lawn. >> l.a. beast here. today i'm back in my hometown in new jersey. >> this is the chipotle burrito challenge. >> four burrito, 25 minutes and then you have to run a mile in under seven minutes around this beautiful track. >> wait. you have to run a mile in under seven minutes after consuming four burritos?
3:22 pm
>> all of it in under 25 minutes. >> since this man is just a civilian and not a beast, i'm allowing him to only eat two burrit burritos. >> they start munching away. >> how do you finish four of those burritos? >> that in itself is just -- >> is a feat. >> yes. the beast finally finishes his burritos. he pushes start and hits the track. >> are you kidding me? he finished four burritos in less than ten minutes. >> he goes through with it and then takes off running. >> a seven-minute mile is hard if you haven't eaten four burr
3:23 pm
utili burritos. >> just as the l.a. beast is getting ready to celebrate, the man comes running by. he's like one more, no? >> he's got one more to go. he gets back up and finishes. >> i'm the l.a. beast. >> don't challenge the beast. >> you're invited to a wedding like no other. >> this within is tim bu-- this one is tim

washington. and that is a bull elk. they say they hear the dog barking all the time and this time they looked out the window and it's like watching two dogs play. >> do you think the dog realizes that's not just another really big dog and it's a different type of animal? >> probably not or maybe so because dogs will play with anything or anybody. >> this is awesome. they're playing chase, they're playing keep away, they're playing follow the leader. they're doing all kinds of fun games. >> they are playing follow the leader. the bull goes into the woods. don't you love how it kind of bounces? >> i think that's the happy walk, letting the dog know it's friendly. >> this is my nonthreatening prance. >> happy prance, happy prance, happy, happy, happy prance. >> ducklings attack the cat.
3:27 pm
>> grab your popcorn and maybe your tissues because we are going to the movies. and this one is tim burton inspired. tim burton is a producer and director behind movies like edward scissor hands. these are the opening credits. and you realize this is actually a wedding video for pearl and ricardo. they have a tim burton inspired wedding. >> nice. >> and this is the video. >> edward scissor hands was a salad chef. he made all the salads in the back. >> apparently it was her idea. she really wanted this scene, which i think is amazing and
3:28 pm
beautiful. their vows are also unique. >> i will always give you massages and the biweekly sucking of your armpit here, which i'm not afraid to say. >> that's a little tmi at your wedding. >> that's a lot of plucking. she's a little embarrassed by that. >> the whole thing is just very theatrical. it's almost majestic. it's cool. >> that's our show, everybody. thanks for joining us and we'll see you next time.
