trucks ran over a crash victim. >> we're developing stratagies to lessen the potential for firefightersing vehicles impacting accident victims. >> the three firefighters looked at the teenage girl and believed she was ted. it was only after that, that two firefighter trucks ran over her body and killed her. they are looking at ways to make sure something like that never happens again. >> more details from documents at the hearing on how cockpit culture may have played a roll in the crash. according to the documents the trainee pilot said he didn't immediately abort the landing because he felt only the higher ranking pilot in the cockpit

getting attention in detroit where he coached young golf evers. police have received calls from mississippi where he worked as a golf instructor. they are reaching out to more kids in the bay area and asking patients to handle the situation delicately when talked about contact they may have had. >> for any sexual abuse victim to come forward is scary, especially when your suspect is a well-liked individual. and then when a parent asks these type of questions, you don't want to ask suggestive questions. you want to ask if they have done anything that makes you feel uncomfortable. >>

. >> that statement said that andy nisbet is permanently expelled from the pga. he's in jail on no bail. in charges could be brought in as early as monday. the city of oakland will pay $645,000 to an iraq war veteran who was beaten by a police officer. he was arrested back in november, 2011, video posted online shows an officer attacking him with a baton after he ignored orders to move. the $645,000 settlement is the largest yet. smoke from burning plastic spread today in concord. the massive fire started at 12:30 this morning in a warehouse. the company stores old telephone systems for

officials to improve care for the mentally ill-inmates on death row. the state is failing to provide condemned inmates with adequate treatment. one solution may include a specialized inpatient facility. negotiations will resume tomorrow in the labor dispute between bart and the two largest union. the two sides are at odds over a provision that grants six weeks of paid family leave. the union are suing bart claiming the board illegally removed the provision. a private aviation company got a government discount on jet fuel according to a report by nasa inspector general.

. in the north bay deputies shot and wounded a suspected bank robber near a marin county mall. about 30 minutes before the shooting -- authorities say someone robbed a bank of the west branch in novato. the chase ended when the suspected bank robber lost control. he crashed into that pole, and then the driver got out and ran, he had a handgun, and confronted the officers and was shot. >> the man was taken to the hospital, underwent surgery and is expected to survive. now the fbi is trying to determine if he's the cotton ball bandit. new at 6:00, $15 an hour, that could be the new minimum
