watch. you can see for some reason the man's pants are down over his ankles, who trying to defend himself with his feet. thisi ifguy is swinging the chaa bunch of times and he hits him in the neck and head. if you count it's something like 22 times he hits the man. >> he's laying down. >> and you see some blood as well. >> we talked to the lapd. they did arrive at the scene. the victim was still there. attackers had taken off. the victim suffered a broken arm, bruises and lacerations. he was treated and released the same day. the police department believes these guys know each other. the video is labelled venice homeless fashion.
