convinced they were used for fighting. >> oakland animal services interim director introduced us to the dog that bit him yesterday. it happened in an instant as our cameras were rolling. here's what the dog to his leg. a huge bruise to into. it was the vet's recommendation that the dog and euthanized. >> or make the owner take it to a vet. the investigators have contacted the owner. >> he admitted they are his dogs. we want to talk about the equipment and the medication and what vet did he see and is he breeding dogs. >> he adds some of the 12 dogs are recent mothers. >> we have five or six female pit bulls that's 60 dogs in a

himself in. webb reportedly drove up as the victim was walking to the courthouse be opened fire. >> cedric webb was waiting for his victim to arrive at the courthouse. he approached her and shot her several times. currently she's at a local hospital in stable condition. webb has been arrested on subs ir -- suspicion of attempted murder. a fight over a girl on life support moved to a court room. the family good what they were asking for. >> and the family got what they wanted in court. a temporary restraining order. the girl will remain on life support for the next few days. >> in superior court the attorney for children's hospital argued that jahi

independent physician. >> doctors declared jahi brain dead after she suffered a heart attack following surgery to have her tonsils removed. if the hospital gets the court permission to remove her they would like to move her to another facility. a sonoma county sheriff office is investigating if correct procedures were followed after deputies and mar medics failed to find a woman who called 911 and then died. >> after a 911 call from this trailer park, dispatchers sent deputies to help 70-year-old bunch who reported breathing problems. she was inside this 18-foot trailer but first responders said they could not find her. >> my mom did not want to die alone. she managed to ask for help.

and they weren't there. the sheriff office did not make anyone available on camera. but in a written statement they said they broke her trailer window, leaned in and called out but saw no one and heard nothing. >> they did not open the trailer door, leaving this note explaining they had been there and the window broke. >> they had broken in, why not go to next step and look. >> bunch says two days later she went in and found her mother dead, on the trailer floor, 3 feet from the broken window. her mom may be alive if deputies had opened the door. >> she has contacted an attorney to explore her legal actions. she knows her mother would want social justice.
