police in antioch say an argument in the boeing alley ended of one man dead and another on the run, it started at 6:00 at the delta bowl near highway 4. al victim severely injured and he was pronounced dead a short time later. both the victim and the attacker were men in their mid-30s. >> we have a description, we do not have the names at this point, they could be confirmed and we have been doing area checks looking for the person that fled the scene. >> both men are in their 30s and the cause of death has not yet been released. this one happened on moneterey road around 7:00 tonight. police say a person in a wheelchair was going northbound in a southbound lane when they collided head on with a vehicle. pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene. the driver is cooperating.

the san jose janitor is behind bars tonight. ktvu reports how investigators linked a man to the crime. >> a san jose man charged with two separate attacks with two women. the santa clara's county district attorney office, 29-year-old mesa raped the woman of the night of the 27th and dragged her in the bush and attempted to rape another woman at october 1st at the same area at almost the same time at night. >> it is uncommon and typically if a person is going do this they'll go to different locations to avoid detections. >> records show his full name is
