six-year-old, her brother and mother. her mother is in critical condition. the brother is in fair. all three were in a crosswalk. the car service confirmed he was a driver for the company. another man, 69 years old, is under arrest for a second pedestrian death in the city on new year's eve. police arrested him on suspicion of voluntary manslaughter in the death of an 86-year-old. he was strung and killed at 3:30 p.m. tuesday afternoon. two strikes and a lot of angry b.a.r.t. riders, a agreement to keep trains running is closer to being approved. the contract settles the dispute over paid family medical leave. that issue was left in the contract signed off in the november. it could have cost tens of
