man accused of kidnapping a seven-year-old girl is in custody. yesterday ktvu news conducted a jail house interview with the suspect. douglas has admitted kidnapping the child outside of her home after following her home from a wal-mart store and he calls it a cry for help. he said he even shared the same emotions with the little girl. >> we were both shaking, she looked at me and she said she is scared and i said i am scared and we laugh cried together. >> douglas insisted he did not sexually assault her as police suspect and he spent the four hours trying to calm her even buying her food from mcdonalds. the parents of andy lopez

are making new accusations against the man who shot and killed her son. they amended their federal lawsuit a mening that eric gail house has a history of using excessive force. the suit says gail house pulled his gun on a man who routinely pointed a gun on his child during a routine argument. gail house shot them in santa rosa and he believes the toy gun he was carrying was not real. he has been getting death threats since representing jahi mcmath, since she was declared brain dead at children's hospital. other attorneys have accused him of exploiting a family's grieve but he said he is very
