freak killers. a judge heard arguments about who holds rights to those remains. the attorney for the 16- year-old accused of setting fleishmann on fire went to court seeking to have his client charged as a juvenile. saying rehabilitation should be considered in part of the case. there was no decision and the hearing was continued to next thursday. thomas is charged as an adult for felony assault and hate crime. target said the data breach affected more customers than thought. target says cybercriminals stole the information of 70 to 110 customers, they initially said 40 million were affected.

attorneys will join a nationwide probe into the security breach. target will provide free credit monitoring for all customers for a year. a free credit report, daily credit monitoring, insurance and personalized assistance. to sign up period has been extended for three months. a u.s. appeals court ruled in favor of apple. the court upheld the decision from last year by the international trade commission that said apple did not violate a google patent when apple was designing the iphone. google is disappointed with the decision. a southern california state lawmaker took action that could bring the high speed rail project to a halt. paperwork to qualify a ballot measure prohibiting the sale of

the system slides in. i think everybody gets a little bit of wet tomorrow before lunchtime. as the day goes on, sunday clears out. and monday through wednesday we're back into the deal we're we get upper 60s and low 70s. big swells showing up our way as we go into the next couple weeks. they will continue to increase tomorrow and next week. be careful if you're fishing out there. the cloud cover tomorrow morning 7:00 a.m.. at lunchtime, scattered showers and moves through quickly. mountain snow, the activity lingers, stalls out. they may get 8 inches or a foot of snow if they are lucky. for us widely squattered showers, it's nothing really for a winter storm. you want an inch of rain. in the north bay i expect 2 1/2
