3:34 pm
>> what did i say about the question you asked me? what did i say about the next question you asked me? >> the guy who steps into the camera is bus driver troy fisher. he was tired of this guy asking so many questions and warned him, stop asking me questions. >> wow. >> what? >> the driver troy fisher snaps. attacks the man and the video went viral at the time and we've got an update on this attack. after you see troy fisher continuing to beat torrance rose he drags him off his bus and deposits him on the street and continues on. at the time troy fisher was immediately suspended without pay and then fired by the city from his bus driver post, but the update on this story is what fisher was sentenced for. fisher was found guilty of third-degree assault. he was sentenced to 12 months probation and 100 hours of
3:35 pm
community service. not sure what fisher got so upset about with this guy. fisher is an eight-year veteran of the marines. he served back in the '90s. he did admit that he wished it didn't happen. he was sorry for his actions but he just snapped. he was dealing with some personal problems at the time. >> the passenger, he gets deposited on the road like a garbage bag. >> that was a danger to other drivers because he stopped the bus in the middle of the road. i didn't see any stop sign or stop line or anything. >> reckless behavior on all fronts. birds of prey go, falcons are at the top of the food chain. and some scientists from pennsylvania wanted to know exactly how they hunt. these were peregrine falcons that they worked with. they presumed that they would just spiral and then drop down on their prey, but they attached some cameras and figured out, nope, that's not how it happened. here you can see it fixing its eye on the prey and going after it, and the video is shaky because the fal xon con is goin

after a crow. they use an old sailor's trick, they intercept them. >> they lead them essentially like a football player when he leads his wide receiver and throws the ball in front of him and the guy runs into the ball the same thing the bird's doing. >> but they're not 100% effective because as you can see this video, this crow decided he'd fight back. boom. >> collission and fur and dirt flying. >> i've never seen this angle of a prey/predator interaction. >> it's actually terrifying. >> it's good to be a human, you don't have to worry about it. >> hold a class with crows and when you fly that way fake them out and go exactly the opposite direction. well, here we go again surveillance video from inside a convenience store, lowell, massachusetts, a robber waving the gun at the clerk. robbery attempt. you see him here talking to the clerk, demanding money. of course, people notice this out on the sidewalk. passersby said, well, there's a
3:37 pm
robbery in progress and they called police. within minutes police arrive. here they are going to arrest the gunman identified as pat farrell. you see them arrest pat down on the ground. the weird thing is pat was college buddies with the clerk which is, like, a twist of this story. they were college buddies but they're still college buddies because what the police didn't know they were actually shooting a comedic short. >> oh, for goodness sake. >> yeah. >> oh, snap. >> there was a script on the counter. this was all just a production. >> just make sure, like, if you look down -- >> their other buddy josh is behind this camera here filming the short about, like, a bumbling robber who comes in to rob this place. >> that's why he's shaking the gun. >> this guy could have gotten shot by police -- >> yeah. >> -- which is why the police called these guys knuckleheads and reminded people if you are going to do this tell police before you do so. the best shot, though, when the police come into the convenie a.
3:38 pm
>> the cops. >> seriously? >> and in that moment they were a few lines away from completing the scene is going to be the end of this thing. the convenience store belongs to the mayor's brother-in-law and they were this close to finishing the scene but they are scrapping the whole project. >> i'm curious to see what they were shooting. >> they didn't get charged with anything but the police did give them a stern talking to. >> don't stop the project, finish it. and make that part of the end. >> their film has been promoted before it's even been finished. looking to lose a few? look no further than the crib. >> all these workout routines out there all you need is, like, a baby. >> she lost 44 pounds, next. and it's finally here, beer drinkers. >> we found a light beer commercial that is rudely honest. >> see what makes this one so special on "right this minute."

you know, robbers will try all kind of means to break into some place. we start in fulton, georgia, i want you guys to look at the glass goor on this convenience store. watch from a truck. robbers used a truck to ram inside of this convenience store. what they're after you see right there that atm machine. as you can see here there are four guys with hoodies and masks on coming in to steal this thing but they were unsuccessful.
3:42 pm
why? it was bolted to the ground. but that didn't stop them, they all get out, they're moving trash out of the way and there's a clerk and a customer in the store, they ran and hid. >> that's not trash, that's stuff that these guys turned into trash and, you know, that's terrible. >> exactly. you would think, okay, this isn't going to work, we're going to leave. no. somebody gets back into the truck and rams it again. they still want to get this thing but as you can see they're not able to get it. >> and stolen truck, too, so there's no way they can track that thing down. >> that was stolen and they took off in that. to australia this one is using a knife to break into a closed convenience store at a gas station. you notice the knife flips through the door and then the thief puts his leg on the frame to try to get the leverage and gets his foot in, but the thief not skinny enough to make it all the way through and he gives up for a second but then he comes back. >> he'll pull it up with superhuman strength? >> again, this guy unsuccessful. the third attempt he was able to
3:43 pm
get in. he uses that knife and breaks out the glass and kicks some of the glass out with his legs. police say he was able to get away with cash, cigarettes, drinks and some dvds. but he was cut and leaves some dna behind. >> they found this guy. >> they have not found the÷6wd> but if you notice they hope somebody recognizes a guy who has tennis shoes with bright green soles and green laces. >> probably his neighborhood convenience store, chances are he'll be back and when you spot the green-soled shoes, chances are it's your guy. there are a lot of beer commercials out there especially for light beers, coors light, miller lite. they all kind of taste the same and finally we found a light beer commercial that is brutally honest. >> we've all been here before. it's all about you and your brew, getting drunk. you want to get loaded. you only bought it because
3:44 pm
getting loaded is your business and business is good! >> the guys. the ut this togethput this toge. this is why the guys drink the light beers. >> it's about the feeling, the feeling about getting [ bleep ] drunk. one beer i don't think so. that's why you and your bros are drinking domestic. >> now, a lot of times they tell you, yeah, this is from the best hops in the region and the streams of the mississippi. where does this beer that they're drinking come from? >> brewed in the lake of who gives a [ bleep ] from the glaciers of who the [ bleep ] cares. >> tis is whot' domestic beer. >> it's just domestic beer, right? it's quantity over quality when it comes to these domestic light beers and i think that's the point they're trying to make. >> domestic. it's good enough.
