reports, he was under the influence of drugs at the time the incident took place. keep watching the video. police take extraordinary measures and brave measures to help get this guy under control. watch this right here. in that moment, he was being shot with rubber bullets but police did end up having to fire two rounds from a regular gun into this guy. they ended up hitting him in the hand. but you see him go down and you do see the gun fall out of his hands. that's when officers come in quickly, surround the guy, take the weapon, and get this man under control and into custody. now this video, from an incident that happened march 8, 2013. the reason i'm showing it to you now is lee hillier was just sentenced to 4 1/2 years in jail because of the incident, and they wanted this video to be released to the public because the judge and other people wanted everyone to see how brave these officers were. and how they did show great restraint. >> the good thing is that nobody
