instructed to go inside. now, kevin tells us that he wasn't drinking he wasn't even at the party and he had been there inside for hours. eventually went outside on his porch and playing his guitar and saw an officer coming by and questioned the officers and said, are we in danger? what's going on? are we allowed to be out there? according to kevin, that's when this started to happen. you see a clip from before this. >> why are you insulting my roommate? what has he done? >> he can stand up. >> he can't breathe. he's begging for air! >> the officers are trying to get him over this railing into the yard. but then, things get even crazier. watch this. >> step over the railing. >> you see, after they get him over the railing, he's standing with three, four guys. that's when the taser happened. >> oh my god! >> wow, this is really disturbing, because if you've got cops pulling him over the

railing, you've got two holding him back. >> kevin actually was taken to jail this night. he was arrested and charged with, at the time, felonies and misdemeanors, accepted a plea deal to three misdemeanors of disorderly conduct, failure to disperse, and resisting arrest. the reason these videos are just out now, because he just got off probation from this. >> it's surprising that he agreed to a plea deal if he really wasn't doing anything, there would nobody reason to accept a plea deal. and you have video proof of exactly what went on. >> the chief, who we spoke to, of the logan township police said, look, it's open and shut case. kids were ordered to stay inside. kevin did not stay inside. and he says his officer, officer bender, acted appropriately, and he also added, remember, kevin did plead guilty to three of these charges. kevin's parents are looking into possible legal action. >> oh my god.

>> this video's getting a lot of attention. the internet because of this. this is inside a elevator. you see someone on top of it. what they're trying do is release the elevator so that the elevator lets go and drops to the bottom. >> why would they want do that? >> it's stuck. >> that's what people are wondering. the title translates into elevator is stuck. but these guys aren't exactly elevator experts. they're maintenance guys. >> what? that's a lot of drop. >> what is he hanging on to? how did he not fall with it? >> he's now kind of stuck. he's holding on to the black railing that helps keep the elevator in place. now he has to jump from there over to the door opening. >> that's not an easy jump. there's no way for him to get leverage. what can he push off of?

that's a big distance. looks like at least six, seven stories beneath him. >> and he does it. but we were able to get a bit of a scoop. when he comes through the doors, notice that he was attached to a rope. >> oh, good. >> so, if he did slip, he's going to end up dangling. it does turn out this was an abandoned building. these guys just go around from abandoned building to abandoned building. >> check out this incident that happened in he cuelies, california, north of oakland. this video does not speak well for a certain person. talking about the guy driving the suv, pulling up to the stop sign. dash cam from a bus. notice, somebody crossing the street in the crosswalk. that's a 70-year-old man. right as he gets in front of the suv, the suv takes off and hits the guy. according to police and witnesses, the driver stopped,

got out of the car, they say he checked on the man, and says he was breathing. got back into his car, drove around the victim, and left the scene of an accident. >> what happened to the guy? >> the man was admitted to the hospital in serious, but stable condition. police are looking for this guy. what i can't believe is, that man had all that time to cross the street and finally when he gets right in front of the car, the car takes off. it is 6:30 in the morning and it is dark, but still. >> looks like the car waited until the guy was flight front of him to hit the gas, which seems odd. i would say not on person, definitely an accident, but that's no excuse. you have to sit and wait. >> that video doesn't speak well for some of mankind. but this video from china does. watch what's happening on this bus. what we have here is a very sick child. according to witnesses on the bus, the child was fine and then a few minutes later it started convulse, the child fainted and the mom wanted off the bus. a man on the phone. the man goes up to the driver
