a video obtained by our friends from seattle there's more information about the drive of the suv that reportedly caused this crash. as you can see, the suv is totaled, but the driver is still inside. the bystander with a cell phone camera goes up to him. and look really closely at what's on the ground. according to the man behind the camera and according to other eyewitnesss that was a beer can. the man behind the camera also says that he saw other beer cans on the front passenger seat of the car and he confronts this driver about it. listen. >> no? [ speaking a foreign language ] >> this guy is telling him there are people that are hurt because of this. he said you're drunk, dude, he's basically calling him out and what he's doing the guy says something back to him. >> the reports say that the driver says back to him, "do me a favor, hide it." >> now he has this on video further evidence that this guy is in essence admitting.

>> that's right. and, in fact, this driver was arrested on the scene and according to reports they did take a blood sample and there is an ongoing investigation but they believe the man behind the wheel of the suv that caused this accident was under the influence of alcohol at the time of the accident. >> it seemed like the evidence was all over the place but this video really kind of makes it a lot easier for investigators, i would imagine. this is a demonstration of how not to act at a kid's birthday party. according to texas police a fight broke out between family members at a peter piper pizza, as you can hear other people in the peter pipers are disturbed, and watch this. according to police there are about two dozen family members that were at the restaurant for a young child's birthday party when the fight started. according to police relatives of one of the young men involved say the fight started when he asked a nearby woman to stop swearing, she didn't like it, and she hit him.

corporal roger shultz is responding to an accident where a woman had hit two deer. but soon after she hit the deer, she got out of her car. it was an elderly woman, she was distraught, she wanted to see the damage on the vehicle but she forgot to put the vehicle in park. now this elderly woman is being dragged by her own vehicle slowly but still being dragged. she's clinging to the door and the steering wheel. >> oh, no! >> no, no, no! >> corporal shultz thinks quick. goes, pulls ahead of the truck. blocks oncoming traffic for her. the truck thumped up against the curb here, he goes and helps her to her feet and she only has minor cuts and bruises. >> got you. >> i'm sorry. >> are you okay? are you injured? >> no. okay. go ahead and get up. i got it. there you go. okay? you okay? >> i'm sorry. >> here. >> thank you. >> let's put it in park for just a second, okay? there we go. you sure you're okay?
