is now behind bars himself. the 48-year-old is in custody after being arrested by deputies for being under the influence and in possession of a controlled substance that is methamphetamine. three other people who rented rooms at juan carrillo's house were also arrested on a range of charges. a person at juan carrillo's home declined to comment. his family lived in the neighborhood and the arrest shook up neighbors. >> i have known him since he was 10 years old. couldn't have been a nicer man. awesome man. he just got into the wrong thing. i am sad for him. >> the sheriff's department said he rented out rooms to the other suspects suspects and was supplied drugs as part of the rent. neighbors say they noticed a

lot of activity. >> did you wonder what wads going on? >> -- what was going on? >> i had an idea. >> did you think it involved drugs? >> yeah. >> reporter: neighbors said he started acting differently after his marriage broke up a year ago and some said they will not abandon him. >> i will help him. >> reporter: you feel he deserve that help? >> of course he does. >> reporter: he is held on $121,000 bail and will be in court tomorrow. the sheriff said the public's trust has been violated and the department will continue to investigate. robert handa, ktvu channel 2 news. 14-year-old boy turned himself in the police today. mario tolliver, jr. walked into the police department this afternoon. accompanied by family and an attorney. he is accused of shooting his

sister justice tolliver thursday. family say a dispute over- bleached clothing led to the violence. >> i want to thank the family and friends trying to persuade him to turn himself in. they did something that was great job. >> the next step is for police to interview the 14-year-old and after that he will be transferred to a juvenile detention facility. a warning tonight from police about a man who groped a six-year-old girl at school last friday around 4:00 p.m. in the afternoon. the suspect grabbed the girl and touched her inappropriately. the child broke free and ran to safety. the suspect is a tall white man with short black hair and a black mustache. deputy who shot and killed a 14-year-old boy is in the hands of the district attorney.
