these men. they were arrested for possessing stolen property. they found tools throughout the house. there was a room piled three, 4- feet high with tools. the tools were in the backyard, we noted names and business phone numbers. >> the national insurance crime bureau reports a billion dollars worth of tools and construction equipment are stolen each year in the united states. police say the majority are sold at flea markets while contractors are left high and try. there -- dry. there's hundreds of people that have this kind of stuff and there's people getting hit every day. police advice putting an identifying mark so if they are stolen that does make it easier to get them back. reporting live in campbell.
