cary has pled not guilty to charges of murder, attempted car theft in connection to the death of eric freed. now the murder trial is set for august 4th. he broke into the st. bernard church and beat the priest to death and tried to burn down the area. he hit and killed a pedestrian and the driver is identified. he was the refer to of a a failure to yield to a pedestrian in the crosswalk and then was released. all of this comes after increasing efforts will prevent more pedestrian accidents. we saw the police in action yesterday and they wrote as
