i talked to the chp in oakland, and they told me they have been running all day from one accident to another. we talked to driver and they know these conditions can be treacherous. it's wet,is been raining for a few days. not the greatest but not the worst. >> considering it's a friday and it's rush hour, you have to be cautious, and don't assume that what you see is what will happen. be extra careful. >> you can see this storm is picking up today, tomorrow as bill martin is saying, tomorrow it starts to get heavy, several inches falling across the bay area, the one saving grace about the situation is that tomorrow of course is saturday, there won't be this much traffic on the roads.

the bridge. there's hundreds of homes on both sides. this is one of the many tributaries, small streams and urban streams that neighbors as well as emergency officials are keeping a close eye on tonight. sonoma and mendicino counties are facing the irony of flooding. >> add midafter we caught the first significant runoff and erosion. small streams expected to overflow according to county emergency manager. >> there will be a lot of debris that comes up in culverts and the creeks and could potentially block flows. the drought contributed to the buildup. this afternoon waters gushed into the region's biggest rivers. >> by monday they expect the

they saw forced entry. this is what police are calling forced entry. they found a woman in her 70s unresponsive. there was another person in the house in his 40s and 50s. the woman the not respond. they called paramedics who pronounced the woman dead on the scene. the man in his 40s or 50s is okay. this is very strange, there's no signs of injuries to the woman. no stab count or gunshot wounds, they are not sure what her cause of death is. police are asking for help. if you were in the area of 1800 block you give them a call. i will say this is being investigated as a possible home invasion robbery. one person is dead a commin her 70s. -- woman in her 70s.
