headed for mill bray. they thought she was being harrah assed and asked him to have some questions and when he complies he gets tasered. >> police say the man was drunk and had repeatedly ignored order orders. after 0 not complying with officers again, that is when he gets tasered again for a full 5 seconds. the man referred to as robert by police was arrested for having an outstanding warrant for a parole violation. some say the man was not doing

anything wrong and should never have been tasered. they say the only time anybody gets tasered is when they have initiated the proper information. they have released this to the auditors for investigation. two people were treated for injuries after an overnight fire at a high-rise building. it happened at 12:30 more than 200 people and their pets were evacuated and many were students here at san francisco state. >> this is for the personnel because of the smoke and we are taking precautionels to evacuate the building. >> now the cause of the fire is

still under investigation. one person is dead, three others are injured after a late night shooting in the fruit veil district. it happened at 37th avenue and international boulevard. two men and women were standing near the street doerner and no word -- street corner and police are still searching for suspects. >> they are investigating the death of a man whose body was found inside of a garbage shoot in a hotel on 15th street late last night. at this point, the death is not being investigated as a homicide but it is still unclear how he died and how he ended up inside of a garbage shoot. the man accused of killing sierra lemar will formally be

our brian flores was the first reporter on the scene, and has late details. it happened just 15 minutes after 5:00 this morning and we are on east 30th, just take a look and it. >> one driver was taken to nearby hyland hospital and i just spoke to pg&e and the new information we learned was that the driver of the pickup truck was stolen out of oakland and we understand the driver was going at least 50 or 60 miles per hour and this is a curvy road and of the driver was going pretty fast and several witnesses we spoke with, we also spoke with the apartment manager right in front of where this collision took place and he said and he interacted, the

people are hurt in an early morning fire at an apartment complex near the state university and alex savage has been there all morning long with what happened, all leg alex? >> reporter: a lot of people are living above the 6th floor and they smelled quite a bit of smoke and in the end, they were evacuated from this place. there were also two people hurt in this fire and they were taken to the hospital to be checked out and we saw one man who was in the back of the ambulance and another one given pie firefighters and at this point they have not said exactly what condition those were in. and it started at this apartment building on calm done drive and the fire began on the
