news. we turn to our top story. protesters in the east bay calling for justice following a verdict in a murder trial thousands of miles away christian is with the protesters in oakland. christian? >> reporter: these protesters say it happened once again a young black man shot dead and the person responsible, not held accountable for the death. a florida jury found michael dunn guilty of attempted murder. the jury could not come to a decision on whether or not dunn was guilty of murder in that incident. dunn said he felt threatened after he asked the men to turn down their loud music. despite the guilty -- not guilding him not guilty is close to the zimmerman trial

a central valley man is dealing with losing his wife and four children after a horrific traffic accident. the woman's husband was

san jose 61. now, the rainfall calendar begins in july. just for reference, last year, compared to this year, on february 16th. 2013, take a look at the numbers. very, very well out there. santa rosa over 12 inches of rain for the season. san francisco nearing 14 inches. by contrast, it has been a bad start. not even half of where they were this time. san jose, only 2.66. i wish i had more significant rain in the forecast short term, but nothing is showing up yet. for tonight, we have a few high clouds, tomorrow, partly sunny skies. our live camera looking out toward san francisco. forecast at 7:00, 48 degrees. by lunchtime, 58, afternoon high around 60 degrees. there is a chance of a light shower for late tuesday into wednesday.
