one of the busiest commutes, so far so good >> >> san francisco police are searching for a person who shot a young plan last night right outside the westfield shopping center on on a busy street. here is more with information on the victim, alex? >> reporter: this 19-year-old victim went into surgery after being shot several times and after he was hit, this wounded teen stumbled down these stairs and collapsed there at the bottom of the stairs and the station had to be temporarily shut down for about a half hour or so. the shooting happened last night and police came and blocked off the sidewalk as they gathered evidence here. the street was crowded when the gunman opened fire on the victim. many people ducked in a panic trying to escape the gunfire.
