gunfire. alex savage, ktvu channel 2 morning news. last night's shooting forced a closure for the second night in a row. on saturday, they ran over and killed a homeless man who was trying retrieve his backpack and that called delays for some people heading to the chinese new year's parade. itit has been almost three years and some of the residents are saying their homes are still in danger. heavy rains triggered a landslide on hillcrest road. they say people in that area say the city has not fixed a bad drainage system and more land slides are possible and so farther making no comments because of pending lawsuits. they are making it easier

. we initially reported it was a hit-and-run accident but police have now determined this was intentional. they joined us from san jose to talk about where detectives are in their investigation, here is more. >> reporter: there are a lot of witnesses and the story keeps changing and at this hour, police are still interviewing some of those witnesses back at the police station and officers found a man here on snell avenue, stabbed and pleading. this all started at 3:00 yesterday afternoon and it spilled out on to the street. a man was stabbed once and possibly hit by a car and that
