holy crowd, nothing was stopping that thing. >> insane. >> this thing took out one traffic post, five trees, two light poles. you can see at one point dragging one of the big trees along, eventually hits into an idaho power building, somehow doesn't hit any of the cars. >> i'm stupefied the trees didn't slow it down or the power pole. >> what happened? >> when i watched it i thought brake failure, one injury a woman hurt her back and was taken to the hospital. there were nine people on board including the driver. the driver said the brakes failed but the investigators determined there was no sign of brakes whatsoever brakes were, in fact, not applied and they figured out the bus sped up from 16 miles an hour to 20 miles an hour. a week after this happened they were able to charge the 59-year-old driver with negligent driving because there were a lot of other cameras rolling on this bus face. in one video they say that the

driver appeared drowsy. looked like he was rubbing his eyes and also his eyes were closed. looked as the driver was, in fact, sleeping behind the wheel. this is the only one that was released to the public because the other videos show the passengers on the at the time. the max penalty is a $300 fine but also up to six months in jail. the driver pleading not guilty but he does have three driving-related citations within the past decade. safe to say that these two videos i'm going to show you are polar opposites of each other. the first in the ukraine. that is the lead singer of a group there called shadow of the sun. you see someone just on stage wearing the green sweater take the microphone. fortunately sergei takes the mike. the other guy sets the stand. >> he still thinks it's in there. >> he talks to it and realizes it's gone.

he belongs to an activist group in ukraine called the right sector where according to some reports the band is actually a supporter of this group. et sounds like these guys have reached out to sergei to say something pro-right specter and he kindly declined and that's when they decided to storm the stage. >> when the guy with the green sweater walks away from sergei someone else comes back in and jump kicks him. look at that. >> what the heck? this guy is just up there trying to perform and he's got people karate kicking him in the face. >> before you know it there are two guys on him beating him, attacking him, eventually the other band members, it looks like the drummer tries to grab one of the guy and throw him off the stage and meanwhile the guy in the green sweater grabs the microphone and saying something to the crowd and five people ended up being arrested. the second video in canada we are at a skate park on the street and in this video from juking video before you know it, did you see what happened? it happens very quickly.
