brian stowe beating case, in just a couple of hours the two suspects are due in a los angeles courtroom and there are reports of a possible plea deal. janine de la vega joining us live now with the details. good morning. >> reporter: good morning. a lot of stowe's friends work here at rural metro, the ambulance company, i spoke with one of the co-workers off camera and she told me she hopes that one of the suspects will played guilty this morning and a lot of media outlets are reporting that may happen. they may plead guilty, both are accused of severely beating brian stowe at the stadium, he was left permanently disabled and needs care for the rest of his life. the incident attracted national tanks and there were calls for law enforcement and city

i think i could probably scrape by on that. live this morning in milpitas, alex savidge ktvu channel do news. >> new details about a bizarre attack, police are looking for a man who broke a windshield with a golf club, we have this report about it. >> reporter: yeah, the pictures were provided by someone who saw him use a golf club to smash that window, that person used their cell phone camera to capture the man as well as the damage. i want to go to those images provided by police, according to police this happened on january 17th at 10:45 in the morning, you can see at least two of the windows were broken as a result of the man using

the golf clubs to smash them and they say he then rummaged through the scar, the pictures were provided by the witness and it is unclear of the circumstances that led up to him doing this and they are looking for the public's help in identifying him, he was asian, in his 40s and wearing a dark jacket and also wearing sunglasses and holding the golf club and seen leaving in a ford suv. as we take it back out here live it is unclear what he got away with but if the man looks familiar to you you are urged to call police. >> san francisco as follows are investigating another accident last night involving a pedestrian at an intersection in the sunset district.
