time and the officer yelling at me to get back in my car. if you are a firefighter at this scene. >> you got to go headlong into that fire. >> see why going in leads to something big coming out. and what are these dudes doing? >> building an igloo or luge, no, no, no. i love this video. >> i want to know what they're doing. >> how they turn too much snow into one crazy idea. >> are you kidding? babies are like our family members so if something happens to them you can only imagine how horrifying that is for a family. this particular fur baby or pet is roxie. she's the pet of a woman named brittany henderson and roxie loves to go out and play with the neighborhood dogs and one day didn't come back when all the other neighborhood dogs came back. if you can only imagine brittany was beside herself. >> i was devastated, you know, it was my first dog. i love roxie. >> went all around the neighborhood looking for roxie, searching for roxie.

>> and drove around looking for her. walked around yelling her name. and didn't get a response. >> but thanks to the michigan humane society roxie was found. >> that's where she was. >> oh, my. >> this is a picture of where the michigan humane society found roxie. this was actually a burned-out, abandoned home and luckily brittany had gotten roxie a collar and a tag with her phone number, her name, her fiance's phone number and name. >> i had a phone call from somebody in your office and i never thought i would see roxie, again, like i said, i thought somebody had stolen her. >> you can see how thrilled she is to have roxie back in her arms. she said was a little bit underweight after this whole ordeal, she was gone for a while. they can fatten her back up. >> that's the easy rt. and now she's got a lotf love again. >> this is a good reminder toce. >> you are absolutely right, that's a wonderful message. and that's one reason the

michigan humane society got this video out. >> i didn't think they'd be the ones calling me to tell me they found my dog and i'm just so happy. sometimes there are problems between civil police and the federal military police in brazil. and this video that surfaced has brazilians pretty upset because this video shows about 50 military police officers raiding a civil police station going in to rescue one of their own. as you can see it is a big, confusing mess. they're there to rescue one of their sergeants because there was a dui task force and a military police sergeant stopped a guy who was suspected in an accident of dui. he told the man, you know, you need to submit to a breathalyzer. the man said i'm not going to do it, so while the sergeant was driving him to the police station, the guy changed his mind, but the sergeant said, nope, we're not giving you one, you're going to jail. when they got to the civil

police station, guess who was arrested? the military police sergeant. the civil police were very upset saying you should give him a breathalyzer. you are omitting information in this arrest by not giving him one. but the military police say no, no, no, no. this man smelled of alcohol. he confessed in front of witnesses that he had been drinking so they didn't feel like they needed to give him a breathalyzer. well, that's when the military police came calling and said we need to get our guy out of this jail. so, here you're seeing the military police come to that station, to try to get their buddy out. >> so you've got police fighting with police. >> it's, like, rival gangs except it's police officers. >> you have civilians in all of this and people with their cell phone cameras watching to see what's going on. you got police. look at this police officer right here. he's got a camera trying to videotape everything that's

going on. i mean, this is a big mess because you are wondering who's in charge. got a video for you guys that is stirring up all kinds of controversy in richmond, virginia, this is the aftermath of a traffic stop. apparently a girl had been driving recklessly, and this could have been a dui stop. the girl in question was driving this vehicle here. this video is being filmed by emanuel kent and his roommate preston duncan was a witness to this. pay attention to this guy in the yellow sweatshirt. >> turn the camera off. >> she could have killed us, man. >> that's the voice of the person who filmed this video. >> stop taking my video! >> there's the girl in question now screaming at the guys who are filming this thing. there are officers at the scene. richmond police are at this scene but that guy in the yellow apparently showed up minutes after the stop. >> the guy in the yellow from what it looks like takes the

girl away from the scene. >> she's -- >> some are saying this could be a dad or relative. we don't necessarily who this guy in the yellow is. some are saying he's a cop. richmond police are saying he's not a richmond police officer, that's for sure. possibly could be an officer with another department. now, people are upset because it looks like she got away with no ticket, no citation, no arrest. >> if she was, in fact, led away from the scene you can't do a blood test five days later. >> i want to also point out that the richmond police department said they are aware of this and they are conducting an investigation with internal affairs to find out what exactly happened here. preston duncan who i said was a witness to all of this his car was damaged in something before this and it's a completely different accident which is why he was filming in the first place and apparently that's when this girl came flying into the scene. we've got preston duncan joining us from richmond, virginia.

what happened before the incident began? >> we were outside from the initial incident and we saw the headlights coming up and we all at that point booked it to the curb. she slammed on her brakes and swerved around the car from the original incident before she was forced to a stop by one of the attending officers. >> when did the guy in the yellow show up? >> turn the camera off, son. >> how did he make the words to the scene? >> officer and dad pretty quickly and handed the phone to the officer. >> stop taking my video! >> half an hour later a large black truck showed up, probably her father, i don't think it matters if he was a richmond police officer or another police officer or a local politician, what matters is someone clearly involved in the enforcement of laws saw fit to circumvent them when it was convenient for him to do so. stockton firefighters come upon this house fire. that's what they saw.

a heavily involved structure fire. you see these guys immediately approach the front steps and the porch they set up a camera fire blowing out the left side of the house and fire blowing out the front door. >> the entire first floor seems like it's on fire. >> if you are these guys you got to go headlong into that fire. >> the flames out the window are getting so close to the neighbor's house. >> up at the top of the house, right now, dark. nothing going on yet. but watch what happens when the guys make their initial attack and go walking in. watch this firefighter right here. as soon as he charges his line, he does extinguish some of the flames down below but that air vent -- >> boy. >> whoa. >> -- pushes and creates positive pressure through the house and that, then, blows out the window at the top of the house, all that fire seems to go from the downstairs and rush out the top but that helps these guy ventilate the house and get in the bottom floor and begin their attack. they did search the house and not find anybody inside. >> geez. >> when the fire blows out the house it lights up the whole

block from the second camera angle. as soon as the flames erupt out the top window it looks like they get a handle on it fairly quickly and it also looks like they are able to protegt the structure to the left. >> and that building doesn't seem to sustain any serious damage either. a nursing home worker is caught on surveillance abusing a patient. >> watch what she does here. >> whoa, whoa, whoa. >> we've got the story behind the video causing internet outrage. and he's known for his magic pranks on youtube. but this time he's using a different touch of magic. >> i don't really know how much i won. i give this to you. >> look how many benjamin the guy behind the counter lays down in front of thi guy. >> see how he brings a homeless man to tears.
