coming up at 10:00 we're digging into the investigations be the background checks done at that school. the family of a woman found dead in the stairwell of the san francisco general hospital is gearing up to sue that hospital. >> this claim, 22 pages is the start of a battle that will end in court. lynn balding was -- spalding was found dead 17 days after missing from her bed. a claim allegations medical malpractice from the hospital and the deputies. a key claim is that the death

67-year-old larry bringing was found guilty. he will serve six months of probation. he said he was sorry for what he had done. he retired in 2010 after 22 years of service. the former executive director of the peninsula symphony association is facing prison. steven carlson is accused of stealing hundreds of thousands from the symphony. it was almost forced to shut down. two endowments worth $400,000 combined were left with $700 in them. happening now, richmond city leaders are meeting with the public housing residents
