he runs down killing the mini van driver paul ciao. >> we were unable to locate him on the scene and we will pull fingerprints out of the vehicle. if anybody recognizes the person, we would like them to come forward. >> law enforce. if you see a cream leak that in progress give them a cool. -- a call. and new information into a suspicious early morning fire. it started shortly before 3:00 a.m. near 82nd avenue. there were actually two fires one at the front of the market and one in the back. that is raising red flags at the back of the scene. >> not only are we having a

fire at do distinction locations but we had forced entry and that's two such rate locations inside of a secure building. they are trying to determine the cause of an early morning fire. it started on mayor island way. firefighters say several homeless people were inside the boarded up building when they arrived on the scene but nobody was hurt and crews were able to quickly put out the flames. the man accused of trying to run over two san francisco police officers 10 days ago is back in -- due back in court this morning. he is charged with several felony counts all related to the mission district. he tried to back his car into two police officers. adam shaw was shot in the arm
