mention, we are filled in and the drive is about a 20 minute drive time to the toll plaza and san francisco exits. let's talk about northbound 101 and it still looks good here and traffic is moving by. there is a little bit of slow traffic on the way to sunnyvale but you should be able to get to a decent drive before the entire big crowd gets there 0:63 let's go back to the desk.. >> the sheriff's department said song me surrendered. they surrendered the 2013 toyota rav 4 they believed he was driving. his 45-year-old wife was found inside their caster valley home last friday by their 14-year- old daughter. the couple also has an 18-year- old daughter.

during that incident. it is possible he absolutely did that. the company is recalling its garlic chilly pepper beef jerky because the cows possibly have cancer. the beef jerky may contain products from the feeding corporation which recalled almost 9 million pounds of meat products so far there are no reports of customers getting sick. would you believe a new round of lotto fever, a new round of long recalls.

neighborhood and they also jumped out for help. a 94-year-old woman and her daughter were inside the house. she is recovering from burns. firefighters are still trying to figure out how the fire started. and we are also following developing news right now in san jose. a man was found shot to death late last night. brian flores is there at the scene and they are trying to piece together what led up to this shooting. that is exactly right. police have been here since last night gathering evidence for what they say is a homicide and as you can see several police cruisers are in front of the home and the home they were concentrating on is on the white car of the driveway and still gathering more details, they first got a call from
