the scene and police are here to tell us how he may have died um see patrol cars, now that is right across the street from st. john's park. we have covered other stabbings in the past couple of years there at that park. here is what we know. just before 3:00 a.m. a person in the area spotted the man lying facedown on the ground. that pedaled 911 and officers found a lot of blood around the man's body and had determined the man had been stabbed. and we do expect a police

. 6:15, continuing coverage of the helicopter crash that killed two people. the ntsb said the helicopter made an unusual noise before the crash. it happened 50 feet from the area in seattle. police said the helicopter had not stopped to refuel and was taking off from the steaks' roof when it may have clipped

cupertino, 632 let's go back to the desk. but janine you have been talking with them. they have their command unit where a body of a man is lying in the street. they are trying to figure out who stabbed in him in the heart of san jose. this is a place where a lot of homeless people hang out and where there has been stabbings in the past. just before 3:00 a.m., a worker who was pressure washing the street found the man on the ground at st. james and second street. there was blood surrounding the man, 911 was called and emergency crews responded but the man ended up dying on the

but the a possible grow operation. reportedly a large grow operation was found. and the name of the victim has not been released. this morning, federal and local authorities were raided in east oakland. they descended on a house near bancroft late yesterday. officers say 8 men were detained after finding a large amount of ammunition and three pounds of marijuana. they briefly put a school on lockdown near that raid and it was part of agreeing interprize involving illegal weapons. >> they may be paid and it is to approve the highest wage in

much overnight to come and board up the family and family members were not able to stay here because investigators needed to get in and gather evidence. it is quieter, it was a much different scene earlier. . >> reporter: dahly city s.w.a.t. team stormed inside and the man stabbed an officer and that's when the man was killed. the 34-year-old asian male was acting erratically and he was in the back yard earlier carrying an axe. they tried tried to take him into custody and he refused and ran into his house.
