within three days. >> see why this miracle machine can do so much more than that. and dude's going for a backflip but -- >> things don't go so well. >> why that is an understatement. >> oh. >> oh, oh, geez. he louganis'd that. >> yeah. you can imagine that for inmates in prison it's got to be really hard to have so much time so why not find a clever way to keep busy? these guys in south carolina decided to make a music video in prison. ♪ ♪ i'm on fire i'm on fire >> they're making the best with what they have. the other guys in the rooms are humming the beat, rapping along. >> and the internet and all of that. >> that and also i'm noticing that the cell door is covered. i would imagine that would be a no-no in prison.

♪ >> these inmates weren't supposed to be doing this because they did record this video on a cell phone which they're not supposed to have in the first place, and somehow it ended up on roll star hip-hop. access to the internet which they're also not supposed to have. >> so, yeah, how did that phone get in there? >> it's super easy to identify them. >> yeah, wis-tv posted video on their website and they also said there's an investigation going on. apparently authorities have also identified some of the people in the video because, you're right, it's kind of obvious. they do believe charges will be filed because obviously they were breaking the rules. ♪ the six-minute video was posted with a title south carolina inmates film first ever music video in prison, so they said they were actually doing something cool but they probably didn't connect the dots. ♪

car thieves, don't you just hate them? >> the worst. >> and it's a global problem. this first car thief caught by a helicopter camera in norway. the car thief is in this audi that is flying down the highway at speeds of more than 60 miles per hour. now, behind the wheel of this car a 43-year-old driver they say who's stolen potentially more than 100 cars and been involved in 30 to 40 police chases. >> 30 to 40 police chases? you got to think he's getting pretty good at this now, right? >> he's been getting away from them, you're absolutely right. not so lucky this time but watch as he flies through what is a busy downtown area. he's skidding through round-abouts. it's skidding around corners but keeps on going until the snow becomes his nemesis. there we go. he gets caught up in a little snowbank there in maybe the median. and, of course, the police hot on their tail because the guy in the helicopter's giving them directions. they arrive pretty darn quickly.

you see the cops get out of the car and they start opening the doors and then he yanks the dude out of the car. >> right. >> this man was arrested. in this next video this guy has not yet been arrested that's why this video is out there. police in philadelphia looking for this fella and you're not going to believe what this guy does. keep your eye on this section of this window. we're looking at security footage from inside a u-haul store and this is a little drop box "an after-hours drop-off. you can drop the keys in there go about your merry way. but this guy apparently knew that someone had just dropped their keys off because he comes up and uses nothing but a long unwound wire coat sticks the coat hanger inside this little night drop box. right here at the bottom of your screen that's a set of keys for a 2006 u-haul truck. he is able to in just a matter of seconds scoop that set of keys up and pulls them right through the drop box. >> this guy got away with the

u-haul and they are still looking for him? >> yes, they are still looking for this guy and that's why police released the video because they need help. if anybody knows a guy that's really good with a wire coat hanger that's the fella and he's driving a giant 2006 u-haul truck. riding a bicycle in the city economical but could also be dangerous. watch this. bicyclists in melbourne, australia, wearing a hell mat cruising down a busy metro street. a lot of taxicabs ahead and very little bit of space for her to be riding her bike. but this just sucks. watch what happens. >> oh. >> wow. >> oh! >> i don't know who's to blame here. >> that's called a doring in melbourne. it's actually as a legal thing. motorists and people getting in and out of cars are supposed to be beware of cyclists. this is a bit of a debate now because cyclist doesn't seem to be seriously injured. >> got it all on camera. >> she points out what she says is the bike lane and says i'm

going to have to report this to police. the guy is, like, you got to be kidding me? refuses and walks off with his two colleagues. >> stopped at the light. you are a fool. >> she continues to follow these men repeatedly asking them for their information. they continue to refuse. it's clearly an accident. you know, the guy didn't do it on purpose. that would be one thing. i'll be honest, i don't know if my first thing is to look back and see if somebody's coming in that tiny little space because i would think a bike wouldn't even fit through there. >> and who is responsible for being aware? doesn't the person getting out of the car have to be aware and doesn't the biker have to be aware? >> looking at the penalties and the laws that the city has on the books, it sounds like they put the responsibility on the passengers and on drivers in cars. the bicyclist really has no chance to stop in a situation like that and they can get seriously injured. everybody's got time for

oh, well, it flipped and keeps on about her merry way. >> remarkably the car directly behind that dash cam also with a dash cam. we get a wider view of this incident. >> ah. >> crunch. here's another dash cam car going through some crowded streets in a downtown metro area and it looks like it could be breezy out there. you see the trees. watch this close call. the roof panel. >> whoa. whoa. that came out of nowhere to slice this guy's car in half. >> whole roof peels right off. thankfully no cars coming in the opposite direction because he just barely weaves out of the way and avoid that giant piece of debris. >> here's something you don't see every day this video trending now a little bit older and you can see why. pretty ingenious solution to a truck driver who's run out of gas. he's carrying a large backhoe. >> no way. >> starts the backhoe up and just shoves himself along. >> it's, like, a giant truck scooper. >> it is.

i mean, you got -- >> that's really brilliant because would you have thought about using the back of your truck to do this? >> no. >> it's awesome! >> it is awesome. a pretty ingenious solution to a low gas problem. prince robinson of palo alto, california, has one incredible hobby, he's creating a tsunami capsule. his story and video posted on wired. you are wondering what is he going to do with this thing. he lives in silicon valley and it's highly unlikely a tsunami will reach him but it's nice to have just in case. you never know what will happen. it's made of wood and really strong epoxy. 22 feet long, 10 feet wide and about 8 1/2 feet tall. the design was inspired by oil derrick escape pods and also a canadian artist who constructs wooden spheres that hang in trees. also out of silicon valley this interesting device -- >> the process of making fine
