back to england. and this guy says i'm from cornwall, where we are right now. it's not a separate country from england, so brown told "the daily mail" he's really confused as to what the guy was mad about. phil said the whole thing was disgusting and inappropriate, it shouldn't make a difference where anybody is from in this thing. you should be sharing the waves, sharing the ocean. >> rude. really rude. one of the most amazing thing about dogs they are always excited to see you. this is little ellen being reunited with army specialist joshua tucker after several years of waiting. so happy to see ellen. the story behind this video is nothing short of amazing actually. army specialist joshua tucker served in afghanistan from i'm of 2010 until 2011. he was injured and sent back home. he actually served in afghanistan alongside ellen.

>> okay. oh, yeah, look at that. oh, my goodness. >> now, when he was brought back to the u.s. to recover from his injury, he wanted to be row united with ellen, but it was a fight. the army was saying, no, this isn't necessarily your dog. you can't have ellen back. joshua and his wife fought for two years to try to get ellen back. so, they enlisted the help of congresswoman kirsten cinema and her office sent a request to the secretary of the army to get ellen reunited with joshua. that request was denied back in september of 2013. but that did not stop representative cinema's office from trying. february 20th of 2014, they reversed their decision, and that's why we're seeing this video. and this is very important for joshua because he's hopinghat e of ptsd. >> that's so sweet, there's

nothing like a man and his dog. guys, on your screen is a taxicab. cab has got its back gate open. reports say the cab was called to come pick up a man, a woman, and a child. when the cab arrived a man went to the passenger window and started talking to the guy and said, hey, can you open up the trunk so we can put the baby carriage in. at that moment another accomplice comes running out of the bushes and approaches the driver's door of the cab. this is a robbery. this is all set up. the guy at the passenger window of this cab keeping the driver occupied at gunpoint now as his accomplice goes and steals from the cabdriver. they got some money and a cell phone before they eventually ran away. interestingly enough a neighbor in this area had put a camera basically trained to the outside to his neighbor not even on his house because crime in that area had been on the rise so he set this camera up. albany police are using this video and they continue to look for these suspects. let's head on down to south africa. security cameras caught this incident of a mercedes coming

down the street and just pulling off to the side of the road. >> nice mercedes. >> nice neighborhood as well. and right behind this mercedes is another mercedes suv but out pops somebody with a gun. >> what? >> this is an attempted hijacking. the person in the initial suv throws it in reverse and goes speeding down the street while that person shoots at the car. turns around and chases after his accomplice. >> in broad daylight. i bet you that this white mercedes they're driving they probably got it the same way. >> south african police are saying these types of incidents or the rise. they are saying that criminals are also stepping up their game by dressing nice, driving nicer cars so it's harder for people to spot these guys. nobody was injured in this incident. this guy is in oklahoma riding his klr-650. looks pretty fun. wait until you see what happens
