expect armed robbers to target. a 30-year-old man was held up, tied up and blind folded. neighbors are shocked. >> this is the first time. >> the victim speaks chinese and communicated through a interpreter. he said two men came in through the backdoor wednesday afternoon. the victim told them to get out. but one put a gun to his head. and the other tied him to a bed. he says the men blind folded him and stole money and jewelry. the victim spent half hour working his hands free before running down the street to call for help. >> we don't know at this point whether they targeted the house as a robbery or whether they were targeting the house for a burglary. >> reporter: police are asking the public to be on the look out no matter what city they live in. it is advice she will take. she says the thought of them targeting another homal scares

ktvu channel 2 news starts right now with breaking news. >> and we into follow breaking news from fairfield with new information on two police shootings. police and federal agents this afternoon. at this point investigators are still on the scene. we learned they were trying to find a homicide suspect and that one agent made contact with the suspect behind a walmart start on north texas street. the suspect was armed and was shot by a member of the task force. 30 minutes later a related suspect also wanted for attempted homicide was contacted nearby. at this point fairfield police are in on the investigation and we are told had second suspect was warmed with a gun and shot
