settle this. how the rescue led to one amazing standoff. and tsee all the thrills an near spills. i mean, what could possibly go wrong? >> i think we're going to lose troutman. there might be a job opening for a "right this minute" host. this video circulated the web, went viral, and it made people incredibly angry because the thugs in romania, look what they do to this defenseless older woman. one of them is grabbing her by her neck, and spinning her around. but, listen to her scream. you hear his friends in the background cracking up. do they know this woman? >> apparently they live in the same neighborhood and they probably are familiar with her.

he lets her go. she is screaming. they in turn are cracking up. one of the guys starts showing us his muscles to show how tough he is. but it gets worse because then they start egging him on to do it again. so he chases after her and he does it again. >> that's awful. just taking advantage of this poor woman that lives in the neighborhood. >> torturing her. >> after the first one, she can barely walk. >> apparently this is a group of teenagers between the ages of 15 to 17. everyone on social media was outraged, immediately started sharing the video, posting it. the good thing about this is they were identified and they are being investigated on charges of disturbing public order. the guy that was spinning the woman was fined $50 and two teenagers egging him on and the guy behind the camera were fined. the thing is, authorities may have to drop this case if this

woman doesn't file an official complaint against these guys. now, reports are because she's so terrified what happened, she is not going to sue and what is probably going to happen is they're going to get away. i like to call what is going on in the cougar national park in south africa the greatest reality show on earth because it seems like weekly something is going down there. this time som lions want to take dse buffalos don't want to make it easy. >> it is a whole pride of lions. >> there are several lions in this pride that are after these buffalo and the buffalo aren't on flat ground. >> one lion won't be able to take down one of those thins. if they can get a grip on their throat and take it down, then everybody piles on. >> other lions are coming to help out. that lion is not successful, even with on one here. here comes a big buffalo, like, let me get down here and settle this. the big buffalo comes and that lion is like, i give up, i give up. backs off. then the rest of the pride comes

up and they're still giving chase. they're hoping, all we need is the slowest one. >> always so cool to see another one turn around and render aid. they don't give up. they had to eat. but the buffalo, they don't give up either. you got two sides, coming at each other. >> yeah, it is amazing they're not running. they're standing their ground there for a bit. >> now the buffalo has some cover. they're not in that wide open space. >> at one point they start running again. they keep going. they start running uphill, under all that cover. and the camera starts before we find out what really happened. if they get away, we don't know. we just have really good video of how this fight went down at one point. >> the cougar national park has a lot of action down there. always something going on. a witness saw this cruising through the streets of north carolina. you notice, it is police pursuing police. that's a south carolina deputy's

vehicle being pursued in north carolina by north carolina deputies. what happened? let's rewind about 50 miles and about an hour earlier to south carolina. where deputies were pursuing this man on foot. apparently he had some mental commitment papers at the wakima community hospital. he walked away from the hospital. police caught up with him and he managed to sleep into the deputy's police car and take off. >> he's the one driving the deputy's car with the sirens and everything on? >> oh, you bet. that is 35-year-old camillo diaz running from police at speeds of up to 100 miles per hour, crossing through a whole other state, the whole time a convoy of other police cars in pursuit of this guy. >> how did he get the police car? >> steven in this dash cam video, you can see diaz running

across the grass median, approaching the deputy's car. the deputy steps out and diaz slips by that guy and slips into the car and takes off. >> so weird for people who saw this. >> a procession, one car after the other after the other after the other. they're below the speed limit. >> how do they finally catch this gi? >> at one point, police were able to use spike strips to take down diaz's tires. you see smoke and debris coming off the car. diaz was caught. >> too bad they use spike strips. they could have used them in the back seat and drove him back to the jail in that. >> we got ourselves a bit of a small town mystery involving a masked man in lincoln, nebraska. he's gained some popularity as of late. i'm about to show you why. we're also about to learn who

this masked man is for the very first time. nobody knows. nobody in lincoln knows. but we're to find out. the masked mankind of looks like your favorite caped crusader, except he's become affectionately known as speedo batman. you're about to see speedo batman from his apartment, known as the bat cave, outside of pinnacle bank arena, after a bon jovi concert. oh. he forgot his sight. he's got the mask, the cape, the speedo. and then the white tube socks, a nice touch. you can hear how many people out there are pumped up to see speedo batman. now, this isn't just a one time thing. this is legit, this is after the bon jovi concert. this happened after a jay-z concert, after a pink concert, in the same area. speedo batman makes an

appearance and entertains the crowd. you can see all the people watching. this has become a thing. there is even a facebook page about this batman in lincoln, nebraska. >> this is awesome. why go to the concert? just go hang out with the crowd as people leave the concert, a better show and it is free. >> the thing is, no one knows who he is. the big news, we're about to fiend out right now. we have speedo batman joining us right this minute. i imagine from the bat condo. do you want to tell us who you really are? >> i think i'm ready to unveil myself. are you ready? how's it going? >> what's up? >> so who are you? >> my name is tyler shilbert, a senior from the university. >> how did this begin in. >> there were a couple of concerts before the bon jovi one. we would have people over, people would wave at us and i thought we're not close to the potential that we could get.

never seen. >> some folks named jason heel and jason dunn say this is a yowie. >> a wild yowie. >> it is an australian sass watc quach. they have been searching for it since the summer of 2012. they put this camera in a tree and they swear this yowie is checking out the apples. this video went viral in australia. people all across the country are mesmerized. >> have any scientists weighed in? it is likely some sort of owl. look at the way it is bobbing its head. i still think it is a possum. >> i think it is a ferret. they say it is a yowie who crept into the apple trees. >> now he's known to eat apples. is that the thing? quite convenient they happen to catch it perfectly centered in the camera, in the middle of the apple tree. >> doubtful. >> yeah.

this may look like a casting call for santa's sleigh, but it is 3,000 reindeer. a managed herd of reindeer crossing over the frozen mckenzie river. incredible video. they're heading north towards the arctic ocean from the wintering grounds through their cabin grounds. it looks like a wave of reindeer as they go over the hill. we have this other angle of this migration. this video courtesy of david stewart. look at these reindeer, 3,000, not a joke. >> so cool. when do you ever get to see this? you say this is a managed herd of reindeer. >> yes. the herd is managed by this 49-year-old man named henrich siva. henrich is featured in this documentary that is out now called "tundra cowboy." this thing is winning awards at festivals, ongoing right now. >> when you stay in the cabin, like i do, nobody is around, it

has been weeks by yourself and sometimes it would be nice to have somebody to talk with, even a dog. >> this is the only free range herd of reindeer in all of canada as this guy takes care of it by himself. he's an aboriginal from northern sweden who comes from a long line of reindeer herders. the documentary is about how the culture of this job that he does, and the traditions are sort of changing as technology advances. incredibly interesting, obviously hes h has a close relationship with the reindeer. >> makes you wonder why santa only has nine reindeer. >> imagine how much faster he could go with 3,000 reindeer power. a little girl with cerebral palsy celebrates -- >> the very first time she gets to dance without her walker. >> how mom used a new product to get her daughter in the groove.

the drift trike. we have seen guys rolling down the hill. problem with the drift trike is you need a hill. until now. the folks over at local motors have created an electric drift trike. they started a kick starter campaign. this thing is awesome. it has got a bmx heavy duty front wheel. >> this is a big boy big wheels. >> now you don't pedal it, you crank the throttle and off you go. the moater er ismotor is in th. it charges in three hours. you got about 45 minutes of run time and around 12 miles of travel time. forget hiking yourself up the hill. just drift with this thing. you want to try it out? >> yes. >> no. >> no! no way!
