see those lights. according to ted, emergency lights on these vehicles are yellow. after this incident happened ted is on the phone with 911 thinking that it is a police vehicle that he hit. >> okay how many vehicles are involved in the crash. >> he does say the driver of the van got out and confronted him. >> you didn't see the lights? >> but you hear the siren first. >> he uploaded the video and police are still investigating it. traffic stops at vehicles but as we saw there wasn't a red light the video shows that. there was a no left turn and no

u-turn sign. >> they said u.s. customs holds it's employees to the highest standards of integrity. and they say the investigation is still on going. when you drive up to a flooded road you drive through it right? >> right. you never know what is under that water. that is not what this driver did. she drove up to this flooded highway obviously didn't notice there were three feet of water i'm going to get to the other side no matter what. she became stuck and rescue workers had to come and save this. somebody else with a palette to
