open but b.a.r.t. delays are on going. >> it started as a medical emergency at the montgomery station but now the delays are clearing. the trains were single tracking through the station because of a person on the tracks under neath the train. we just learned details of what happened. the woman took a running jump right in front of a westbound train as it was coming into the montgomery station. they had the uncouple two cars to get to her. when they got to her she was talking to first responders and transported to a hospital with a head injury. we do not know the extent of the injuries. there were major delays in both directions at embarcadero and powell, the stations were packed with people as you have seen from pictures. but the good news is, the headline, montgomery station, reopened and b.a.r.t.

says trains are running now in both directions. hopefully sometimes in the next half hour the delays should be clearing up. new at 6:00 p.m. a security guard under arrest for molestation and we learned his ex-wife may have uncovered more evidence. ktvu's robert handa is live in san jose where he has been working the story all afternoon. >> we are at the main jail where we have learned the security officer is in custody here awaiting a long list of serious charges involving molestation of two family members. this is the jail booking photo we obtained. being held on 10 counts of child molestation and possessing morning involving young children. the victims are two young family members who he sexually abused for years, starting when one was 11, the other 5 years

old. he worked as a protective officer, assigned to provide security since 2004. he went on medical leave in january and has been on leave of absence since march which is the time he was arrested. the sheriff's department said the case came to life because the girls came forward with evidence. a hard drive was found containing child pornography. >> we always try to resolve these cases to spare victims. it is traumatic for them so we start off slow and ramp up if we feel it is warranted. >> reporter: he is being held in jail on bow nail. the -- on no bail. the sheriff's department is examining other evidence,

department. . >> reporter: they responded to a 911 call april 2. the first responders transported a woman from the hotel to a hospital. a radio station is reporting the call was made by a player. he said a naked woman was on his friend's bed refusing to leave. that friend possibly 49ers quarterback colin kaepernick. according to the police report they were partying with the woman. the report says a crisis intervention team was required to respond. the first responders handle crisis calls involving people with mental illness. after waking up in the hospital the woman told police she didn't know how she got there. the reports answer that question in the police

investigation. no charges have been filed. colin kaepernick has not tweeted about the matter today. ktvu channel 2 news. they said you told the tsa -- you had a bomb? >> that is aldon smith questioned about his latest legal trouble. he was arrested yesterday at lax after telling security he had a bomb. he is out on bail tonight. this isn't the first brush with the law for aldon smith. last week a judge consolidated two criminal cases against him. there are reports tonight that aldon smith was red flagged as high risk for off field trouble during a exam before the nfl draft. fox sports obtained a copy of the report. that report shows aldon smith

is taking charging police acted too rashly. >> the family of a man killed by police filed a claim against the city. the 28-year-old was shot by police on march 21. at the time police said he was armed with a gun. that turned out to be a taser. he says the family has been having trouble getting information from police, including the names of the officers involved. above all he says the shooting was not justified. >> we have a young man from the community who was minding his own business, taking a walk in a park and gets shot over 10 times. >> reporter: advocates say he was a member of the community who didn't deserve to be killed. >> the family demands justice

the montgomery station station is back open and ktvu's johna k is -- jana katsuyama is live to update us on the situation. >> reporter: when we got here the station reopened but the line was back to that pole. it has cleared. people are able to get down in the station. a minute ago i spoke to somebody who was coming back up because he said it is brutal. he was trying to get to oakland. he had to catch a plane so he came up here to catch a cab. we took a picture of it when it was really crowded. you can see the escalators were stupped. they were packed. -- stopped. they were packed. person to person, shoulder to

shoulder. a lot of people coming here because the montgomery station was closed. i did speak with a source who said they have video of what happened and they do not believe this was foul play or an accidental slip. it appears somebody come in front of a train, during the evening commute, this is a difficult time when there are lots of people trying to get home. we understand i just learned it appears the woman is okay. she had a head injury but was taken to the hospital. at least on that sense they have been able to clear the track. this looks fine from the street but as i mentioned down stairs is where the lines are. you had people waiting and then now they are rushing to try get to the station, get to the place where they need obe. we can -- to be. we can expect there will bees for the next half hour as some

much for the donation. oh, i wish i could do more. it's just a bunch of old, out-of-date clothes. oh, i'm sure it's great. three weeks ago, our neighbors, the rands, lost their house and everything they own in a fire. fortunately, nobody was hurt. and fortunately, they're friends with wonder woman over here. i'm hardly wonder woman. she mobilized the community to donate clothes, furniture, appliances, all to help them start over in their new rental. which you found them. i'm no wonder woman. rand-aid was her idea. it wasn't my idea to call it "rand-aid." okay, fine. i'm wonder woman. - terrible tragedy. - they're our closest friends. - we know them. - uh, manny and their son reuben are tight. in fact, i put in one of their closets. not that it matters, but it was the only structure to survive the fire.
