9-year-old german shepherd named partner. partner is tied to the tree and this woman and her dog take off. who you see is the hasket family leaving the home. the dog is now in the house. remember that blonde lady from before? she comes back with a guy. they go to the apartment building that's next door and go through the parking lot and now you're seeing this woman apparently trying to get into the back door of this home. unsuccessfully. she comes back again. the family says she tried to get in through the window. see this fellow who looks like a wannabe justin bieber and looks like he goes to help this lady. seconds later pretend justin bieber and this blonde lady are seen leaving with a dog that looks a heck of a lot like partner. the family put up facebook photos of their dog saying the dog is missing in the area. they got a bunch of tips. this went down on april 9th. on april 10th watch this. this is cell phone video from one of the family members coming up on the woman with the dog who looks a lot like partner. >> thank you.
