mid-afternoon. within seconds the defense requested an acquittal on a lack of evidence on the prosecution's case. the judge thought about it but then decided to rule that the case would move forward. day 2 of the trial underway again. a camera was allowed inside. no audio, though. the supervisor charged with peeking sitting quietly throughout the day. today with the detective on the stand the jury heard an audio recording of the interview with the superview after he was de-- supervisor affhe was de-- after being detained. he grabbed a couple beers, walked over, knocked on the victim's door, and then decided to walk towards the back. heard a voice, saying who is it. he said your neighbor.

and then he heard a male advise, and that is when he -- male's voice, and that is when he decided to leave. the unnamed victim testified yesterday she heard knocking and scared for her life she called 911. he said in the audio recording he did not recall knocking but it may have been possible. the detective said there was damage to the lower corner of the screen located in the track of a window. in the recording he asked what he was thinking during those hours and he responded misperception, bad judgment. the two met previously when the supervisor welcomeds her to the neighborhood and -- welcomed her to the neighborhood. the defense argued where are the witnesses. they will continue their case
