with the latest on this investigation. tara. >> reporter: investigators are look for a man who was seen peering into a kindergarten classroom while touching himself inappropriately. this happened yesterday morning when a garden or parent noticed the man standing here. he was looking through a window into a patio area knick to a kindergarten class d herb -- area near a kindergarten class and appeared to billion masturbating. the man is described as latino between 58-65 years old. black pants with a thin white stripe on both sides and black baseball cap. police have not been able to confirm if the suspect is a parent or garden of a student here. the witness immediately told the principal about the incident. if you have any information regarding this case, you urged

she believes he may have climbed into the wheel well in a desperate attempt to visit her overseas. he lives with his father, stepmother, and younger siblings in santa clara. new this morning a passenger on virgin australia flight tried to break into the cockpit creating a hijack scare. the plane was flying from australia to the resort area of bali. the crew determined that the passenger was just drunk. they handcuffed him. the plane was able to land safely at the bali airport and the passenger was arrested. he's been identified as a 28- year-old man from australia. the woman accused of trying to sneak on to planes at sfo will face a judge. he was arrested twice earlier this month. she told them she had cancer

and wanted to fly somewhere warm. she then told a different story that she did not try to board a plane and does not have cancer. an ordinary walk home from work became anything but for one man in oakland. now he is being called a hero. he was walking home when he saw a young man squeeze through an opening in a fence on a freeway overpass and walk out on to a narrow edge. monroe says the man threatened to kill himself. when the man started to climb out on to the freeway sign, he knew he had to act quickly. >> i just grabbed him. and i gave him a hug around his waste and i kneeled down and held on to him. right now on this bridge at 1:30 until we get off of here,ly be right here holding you. >> good for him. videos posted to instagram show

the traffic backup as they closed westbound 580. several lanes were shut down for half an hour. happening today it can cost thousands of dollars but today people in the bay area have the chance to get medical and dental checkups for free. in just a few hours from now more than 500 health care professionals and volunteers will be operating a free clinic at the oakland coliseum. services include root canals, fillings, dental cleanings. it kicks off at 7:00 a.m.. it's on a first come, first serve basis. in about an hour, the free dental clinic will get under way at the solano county fairgrounds. people have been camped out since yesterday and the event take place today and tomorrow. more than 2,000 people are expected to get free dental treatment. it was a heartbreak last night. >> it was. >> the golden state warriors

calls. there have been similar paints about the same sort of scam around the bay area. a retiree we spoke to among four known victim miss san francisco. she was carted by a man known as a sergeant with the san francisco. and the world's biggest tech companies are starting to fork over millions of dollars to triform prevent the next major cyber attack. the recent so-called heart bleed bug sent the computer industry into turmoil. it drew attention to fact that much of the world's websites security is maintained by a small group of programmers that volunteer their time. now google, microsoft, facebook and others are donating more than $3 million. is u.s. defense official says the search for the missing malaysian airlines jet could take years. he expects the search will

the 84-year-old man accused of opening fire at daly city medical facility could make his first court appearance as early as today. he remains in the jail following his arrest at a daly city home wednesday night. he's a former patient at the medical facility on south gate avenue and he fired at one of the doctors working there. still no official motive. word of a motive. no one was hurt. the fate of a sonoma county supervisor accused of being a peeping tom is now in the hands of the jury. tom wrapped up yesterday with kario taking the witness stand in his own defense. he denies he ever appeared
