year old richard tarver. he had his rv parked at an rv park. when he saw police coming you jumped in and fled the scene. he led police on a 27 mile chase in his rv. ran over several difference ticks the tires flew off and sparks gak s began to plfly. when you flee the scene police are going to get you and they did in fact get him and arrested him. prepare to be impressed to be by a guy here.
