>> reporter: other college campuses will be receiving guidelines on how to respond to any student who says they have been globed raped or sexually violated in any way often times students end up to the reporting this because they are afraid. now today vice-president joseph biden will announce a number of actions to combat sexual assaults and they will be asked to participate in a campus climate survey to help determine the sexual assault. the obama administration shows a model for reporting the violence while walking on campus earlier this year and they agreed more needs to be done to address the problem. >> there needs to be somebody teaching men how to treat women

. here is the latest, family members heard the final audio recordings and they heard the maps including a questionable turn which set the plane of course. it was very emotional as you can imagine for family members and they have been asking for answers since the plane disappeared last month. they say it probably ran out of the fuel 7.5 hours into the flight. and as far as international search efforts, however some shifts will stay on the indian ocean gathering any debris which may come to the surface. a disturbing case of animal cruelty. three boys caused major damage over the weekend. police say the boys damaged cars, the snack shack and killed a number animals which were part of a class project.
