>> reporter: other college campuses will be receiving guidelines on how to respond to any student who says they have been globed raped or sexually violated in any way often times students end up to the reporting this because they are afraid. now today vice-president joseph biden will announce a number of actions to combat sexual assaults and they will be asked to participate in a campus climate survey to help determine the sexual assault. the obama administration shows a model for reporting the violence while walking on campus earlier this year and they agreed more needs to be done to address the problem. >> there needs to be somebody teaching men how to treat women

because there is always talk about how women are being sexually assaulted and stuff but there is nobody addressing men and younger boys about the problem. >> reporter: the website not alone dot governor is being used as a resource under federal law and how schools will be responding to federal law and men need to know that is oat there too. several students filed a complaint back in february and said there was little or no response when student reported rape and sexual ongoing harassment. there have been many changes

including a sexual misconduct policy. they are protesting the rising costs of college. they are upset about a fee known as the technology fee. the that fee is going to the athletics department and it will take place at theee event center. multiple media outlet says the gunman is dead after it happened in the town of kennesaw. six people had to be rushed to the hospital and at least one has serious injuries. the suspected gunman was found dead likely from a self up flicked gunshot wound and there is a shooting that brought
