witnesses describe a chaotic kay at strike. neighbors say their skin was badly burned and there was also a chemical odor they could smell in the air. firefighters are trying to figure out what happened and the potential explosion ran along san leandro and it happened down near a homeless encampment which is just down along these tracks and that's where these calls came in last night to 911 one. it was about 9:30 or so. this is near the intersection of spare boulevard and spring lake drive. they found two victims with critical injuries and firefighters say it was a man and a woman and they both had

third-degree burns over 80% of their bodies. after being burned those two people ran from the area of that homeless camp down to nearby apartments next to the tracks and they were asking for help and begging for water. one turned on the a house to rinse off. they were taking all sorts of precautions, not knowing what chemicals may have been involved. >> we just don't know what is happening down there, so they have respiratory protection and it looks like a chemical incident. >> reporter: now along with those chemical burns, there was a third person sent to the hospital last night. we are told the woman was staying at the apartment unit and she suffered burns to her foot because she was trying to

. welcome back, we now know the name of the teen accused of shooting several people. he was 19-year-old cramer who then took his own life. he was a package handler in kennesaw georgia in atlanta. one is still in critical condition and three are in stable condition and two more were treated and released. investigaters are now trying to determine why he went on that shooting rampage. animal control officers say they need better training on how to deal with certain breeds of dogs. this comes after three were shot by police office -- three were shot by police officers. one named duke having one of

distinct chemical odor in the air. they could run through san leandro right through the overpass behind those trees and and the man and woman both had third-degree burns over about 80 percent of they are bodies. after being burned those two people ran to a nearby apartment, they were asking for help and begging for water and one victim ran into the tenant's home and jumped into the bathroom to clean up whatever was on her.
