the pilot of a plane that crashed in the san san pablo bay has been identified as 33- year-old david everett of rutland, his body was recovered in a salvage operation of the plane, they were expected to release their reported then, recall early they released their report on that, the other plane was able to land safely while that plane crashed into the bay.
