around and you can see 508 westbound and we have had a couple of minor collisions, and traffic is slowing down. 6:02 let's go back to the desk. sonoma -- sonoma county supervisor efren carrillo faces the court of public opinion. here is more on the meeting that could decide his fate, tara? >> reporter: the board of supervisors could be discussing the fact that he was wearing nothing but socks and underwear while peeping into a woman's window. many who are up at this hour are not familiar with the case. last week efren carrillo was acquitted of the peeping charges but state senators say the charges against him were serious and that he should step down. zane called for him to step

down after his actions were horrendous. he was dropped off by his girlfriend july 13th and efren carrillo took off most of his clothes, grabbed a few beers and walked over to his neighbor's apartment and put his hand through his neighbor's screen while she slept. you can tell us what you think on facebook and twitter. the board will start this morning but the topic unbecoming of public office is not set. there is a major new development in the search for a missing toddler. family members now confirm daphne web committed suicide in his oakland home late last week. john web was considered a person of interest in the disappearance of his daughter.

oakland police spent 10 months looking for the missing suicide. his suicide leaves a gaping hole in the case. >> what, you are kid being, my first question, did he even know to say anything about daphne, no. he did not. >> reporter: he had been kidnapped and was briefly jail after telling police he left daphne with his 87-year-old mother who suffers from dementia. the toddler was reported missing on july 10th last year. they arrested her father on child engraving. -- inn danger.

>> police say he left for his daily walk and did not come home. he was last seen walking and has gray hair and brown eyes and anybody with information on his wear abouts is asked to contact newark police. recovering after a car slammed into her while riding her bike, police are tracking down the hit-and-run driver responsible for that crash. joining us live, they are telling us how she is doing this morning, janine, how is she doing? >> well, it is city of very difficult for her and her family and the accident happened when it was still very light, here near the avenue and

police are hoping somebody is unable to drive for the unified school district. on april 25th she was riding her bike and the driver left the scene after hitting her. she suffered from a fractured skull and was hospitalized for five days. the movement on the left side of her face is limited and she can barely smile anymore. she knows this injury has made her look different than what she used to look like. >> i can barely move my mouth and most of my teeth are broken. >> a car hit her and she flew and landed on another car and broke the windshield of that car and then cracked her head open on the pavement. >> reporter: jones does not remember much from the accident

but a if police report has been filed. they want if you have any information call police and it will help them heel. she was not wearing a bicycle helmet. she is hoping this helps them here. and prosecutors say where her friends robbed the men at gunpoint. they struck one of bailey's friends so bailey got up to help, argued with the gunmen and then was killed. statements will start at 9:00. and they are blaming them for a mix up in the county's crime lag.
