another. plus, h to win a new ipad mini. and grannie thinks she misses the moment her team scored the goal. what happens when grannie is not laughing at this prank. this is definitely one of those right place at the right time twist of fate kind of moments that saved a guy's life. watch this. australian skier on the slopes in japan. the video from february of this year, parts of it trending now. as he's skiing along. look at that. crack. in the snow. >> look at that track. >> he goes ahead a little bit, notices a spot where the snow is already going down the hill, a safer spot to ski. and basically skis the avalanche path down this mountain. making for good video. eventually comes upon this. >> this is skis. >> yeah. >> two skis and no person. where is the person? that's the question. look down here. those are people, he notices. and this is the craziest part.

this is the moment his memory died on his camera. this is the moment he couldn't continue filming. as he goes down to assist, the video ends. guess what, somebody else had a camera rolling. and we have got that video. this one just posted to the web this week. this was the guy who those skis belonged to. he's buried in three feet of snow for 20 minutes. he's a 65-year-old man named grant. he's trying to figure out where this guy was. and they were able to get his head out of the snow first. to me, this is the most interesting part right here, when the guy asks -- that's the guy who is buried. listen. >> canadian. >> you hear somebody say you're one lucky man. and then watch. >> here we go, here we go. >> just as simple as that, pulls himself up, dislodged from the massive amount of snow. >> i cannot believe you survived

calling help, help. they didn't know where it was coming from and they realized it was coming from the public toilet. >> one of those pit toilets, like, just -- that is a hole full of dooty. >> in there, like what are you doing? >> what is he looking for? >> he was looking for a cell phone he dropped. when he was down there reaching for it, the floor gave way, somehow. he later said while i was down there, i was going to look for phones and money because people drop stuff down there. the firefighters are, like, dude, we have to get you out of there. he wanted them to wait. >> how drunk are you if you're willing to dig for money in -- >> find a fount . find a fountain where people are throwing change. that's cleaner. >> a roller coaster. >> you see firefighters putting a rope around him and they have to pull him out. i have to say, i don't know if there is training for this because -- >> you know what, dude this is not in our manual. >> the poor firefighters. they have to put their hands on him and pull him up out of there. >> oh! >> and there you see him, but

the crazy part is, he wanted to go back in and see if he could get phones or money because he never found his phone. >> if you're the firefighter, you're thinking let's get him out of there and let him fend for himself, but you have to clean him because he's a threat to society. what if he goes into a restaurant or whatever, he can make a bunch of other people sick. >> e. coli and all kinds of weird -- >> people from a car wash came and offered him a jacket and water so they could rinse this guy off. >> a bowl of water. they're firefighters. turn on the truck and blast him. >> they're wiping his face off eng and getting him clean. they say he was okay, even though he was in a pit of poo. >> we have another ipad mini to give away in a little bit. >> you'll need the buzzword and twitter account. if you don't have one, don't worry, it is easy to create one. >> the buzzword is coming up. you having to 18 and a u.s. resident to enter. >> stand by.

trucks. he loved to see the big black soot out of the pipe. he loved burnouts on the road. he thought his friend lee's truck was one of the nicest trucks he's ever seen. instead of the hearse, they used lee's truck. they took him for one last ride. a burnout in honor of jordan levi. >> this is so beautiful. >> makes me so sad, but how beautiful that his community came together to give him this last awesome burnout. >> how emotional that must have been for his friends behind the wheel of the truck to know he was carrying out this last wish and taking his good buddy on that last ride. like, there is so much heart break there. but it is such a beautiful tribute. >> you know how big and powerful that moment is. >> that moment, but also very touching, beautiful moment too. in the form of burnt rubber.

true tribute to a young gear head. >> these coming home videos never get old. the first one from william dollar. he's surprising his daughter at school. there she is in the library. she doesn't know who is walking behind her. and, watch. the scream, the hugs, the long hug, like, best kind. she keeps hugging daddy. won't let him go. the tears coming down, to about three minutes the hug lasts. you would never guess that's where dad would be. you're trying to get books or whatever, bottle of water and suddenly there he is, are you kidding me? she's like, daddy is home. i'm glad they catch this on camera. later in life, they'll be able to watch this again and remember this feeling. >> that's not his only child. he did it to his son, but his son was called to the principal's office, over the p.a. system. he thought he was in trouble.
