moments before another video that we broadcast last week. you can see the security guard hitting martinez in the head. that guard, marshal mitchel had put martinez in handcuffs before the punch and dumping him on the floor. mitchel was fired and he's charged with corporal injury to a child. i'm not sure if it's possible to go back to the new video, but we heard from martinez when the first video came out that there was more to the story. before he was put in handcuffs there were problems with the secured guards. we see him with two guards before he's pushed out of the chair and appears to be kicked in the head before being dragged into the vatter -- elevator. martinez said he was protesting, he said he spit at
