run around and play with anything she can get into. it's amazing how well she's doing right now. >> how is it you came to have this little kitten in your possession? >> well, the family, they're still trying to rebuild. they're going to be rebuilding their house on the farm. but that's going to take several months. you know, they didn't think that she was going to get the type of attention she would need and told me they didn't want to give her to anybody, they wted me to hav her as a founder. i thought a incredible gesture on their part. i couldn't say no. >> oh. >> i think she really likes me. >> so you're just hanging on to her for the time being? >> no. she's a permanent member of the household. >> tell us the creative name you have for this little kitten. >> i'm not the one who came up with the name. the dobbins family came up with twister and i thought it was fitting. what's cool they found the mother cat alive and well several days ago. that was good to hear. >> you are a good guy, rich. we're so glad that twister is

now a new part of your family. >> thank you, thank you. here's a lesson in never give up. just when you think you're down and out, don't give up. this is denny. in the position at the texas world speedway. watch what happens at 100 miles an hour. >> oh. >> they crash. he goes spinning. everybody goes winging on by. he manages to collect the car and he's got some body damage. gets back on the track. now he's in 25th spot. you think the day is over, right? denny is behind the wheel and he is determined to not let this ruin his day of racing. watch him. in the first lap, just methodically pick people off one by one before the end of the first lap is even over he goes from 25th back up to 13th spot. >> god good for him.

>> a moment ago he was making eye contact with other drivers, direct eye contact, face to face. never a good thing. >> i guess at this point you say that boy can drive. >> he can drive. it's not over yet. that was the first lap. now the next ten spots aren't going to be as easy. remarkably as the race continues, denny is a pretty darn good driver. he sets his sights on every car in front of him and slowly picks them off. he's in position number three. he's been putting a lot of pressure on his guy in the silver car trying to get that second spot. pressure pressure pressure. that guy makes a mistake. >> oh. >> off he goes. now he's got second position. then he wound up winning this race. >> wow. >> what? >> coming in first place. >> this is a good example of somebody who just didn't give up. >> i would think that's a spirit breaker. you wreck at 100 miles per hour, your car is crunched. you think it's over. >> this is stefan zoleik. he's about to undergo a very intense and dangerous surgery.

as you can see, he has a tumor on his face. that's a 13-pound tumor. that's caused by a disease, what the disease does, it causes uncontrollable stat fibers to grow. as you can see here it is grown in the shape of a beard on his face. >> why did he wait so long? man. >> think about having a 13-pound weight around your neck, like on your necklace. that's what that looks like. >> this is what stefan used to look like. after it grew on his face he says it caused problems, people would stare at him and caused a problem for him to turn his neck. it became harder for him to move. he finally decided to have life-saving surgery to have it removed. the surgery is dangerous, but he thought, it was time to have it done. so he underwent a five-hour surgery to have it re moved. and it was successful. here is stefan being rolled out out of surgery and here he is with it removed from his face.
