the controversial police shooting of oscar grant heads back to court. his father is suing the former bart police officer for his son's death. joining us live, we are outside the courthouse. here is more. he is expected. his son's death was intentional. now he must tell the story again to a civil jury. he represents his father who has been serving a life prison sentence and he said he took grant's rights away when he killed intentionally his only son. >> it is the principal of the matter. he was his father and he lost

the lives of more students and that teacher is expected to be okay. take a look at a map. it shows 74 school shootings which have taken place around december of 2012. this is something every town put together on this map and it includes homicides suicides and accidental shootings on school campuses. a wal-mart truck driver is due in court for killing one man and comedian tracy morgan. he is out on $50,000 bail. a twitter account stated he is not guilty of any crime, nor was he intoxicated or sleep deprived. he accused police of making him a scapegoat because celebrities
