charges he killed sierra lamar. she disappeared two years ago. prosecutors are pursuing the death penalty. a trial date is expected to set in september. day six in the search for cody matthews. the 23-year-old was reported missing by his parents. search teams covered 90% of the immediate search area and are expanding to the north with more off-road vehicles. their biggest concern is if he's injured or dehydrated. several bay area counties have sent search teams. political leaders calling on to san francisco archbishop not to attend a contrary verbal -- versal -- controversial
