police later found him dead at some other apartments and we have been following this story since then and we still don't know what caused the fight or why they killed that man. we talked to some witnesses who had this to say. >> yeah, i saw the fight and they chased him and i saw that. >> yeah. >> and the police initially received the call that was reported as shots fired. >> and the police originally responded to the call it was called in as a fight and so you know they want to know what

happened. >> okay. earlier we spoke to witnesses and one woman said she saw the fight but didn't want to be identified or get involved. we also saw them and so we will find out. >> and we are proceeding with the investigation and they got the clues together or wharf and at this point we will just proceed with that. >> the crime is random and it is depressing, especially since the people that live here say they are worried about living here now. >> and we just movedded here so i guess we will probable bring move in a couple of months. >> and i just saw a detective

pension and that operators would receive a 5.5% increase to offset that cost. >> we are also increasing their pension by that cost to that so if you look at that i believe it is a pretty significant benefit. >> now he recently wrote a letter to the union negotiator saying to come back to the table and make a deal, now they have a document that says if they don't receive an increase they will go on strike and they have not received a rate increase in over three years and we followed them into the room for the hearing. >> you walked out of the

three people rescued a baby deer that was almost swept away in a storm drain, this is video of the rescue from kansas city, missouri, they waited for the waters to go down then they pulled her out. they had this to say. >> all 4 of her feet were raw on the bottom because of the rocks on the shore. >> they will rehabilitate her for months before releasing her
