what some of them are planning to do, instead they are going and fueling up. we will will continue, ktvu channel 2 morning news. a tragedy sick sorry, a man has died after chasing his dog. it happened 9:00 at the intersection of southwest expressway and stoke street near the baskin station. officials for the santa clara transportation authorities said the initial investigation suggests it was an accident. he was trying to catch his dog when he was hit by the train but the investigation is still going on and the man who was hit has not been released. this is the second deadly accident at that intersection. and a 14-year-old girl was hit

pie a light rail train and she was riding her book to cool, she died after. shots were held yesterday just before 1:00 yesterday. the home is located on the corner of windsor avenue and windsor river road. the four victims and two minor adults were taken to the hospital. another says the bullet went right through his hand and the others say he was shot. the shooter was an african- american man who got into a blue nissan and there might have been two other passengers in the car.

some of the truck drivers that they have been warned. you can see somebody is picking up the gas and delivering it to gas stations and they can't afford not to work but they will still working and the others who are refusing to work that could mean trouble. let's see where they are fed up, they don't get overtime pay and they showed up at kinder morgue where they would normally pick up fuel for the day. they don't work for the gas stations, these drivers are not unionized but they said they had to do something. they say it is less than a
