these voods prove that police officers are brave and a cut above. that's in seoul, south korea. a police officer is hanging on to a motorcyclist. he's not letting go. this officer was dragged the length of two football feels, did not let go. he was eventually able to get this guy to pull over. the rider was fighting the officer because he says he was driving without a license and accused of obstruction of official business. >> wow.
