. welcome back, the city of oakland is cracking down on prostitutes by going public with the people involved. it shows the mugshots of pimps and purchasers and where they live and the information about be -- will be updated twice a month and has what each person is charged with and does include a statement which shows each person is presumed incident until proven guilty. they are forcing campers to find a different place to go this summer. it is through mid-october and the creek is the only water source to the park and the water has dropped to an emergency level. they are giving people an emergency refund or changing

spotted the body on 880 near the off ramp and coca-cola big- rig was pushed over to the side and they are not sure if she jumped from the crossing. it is still slow in fact they reissued the significant alert and they are recommending they use the alternate route into oakland and it is really the best call right now until that traffic eases up a little bit. >> that is backed up for about a 20 minute drive time into san francisco. no problems on the bridge itself but most of the waiting is done here. 6 let's go back to the desk. we are following developing news this morning, and a home invasion robbery ends with a police chase and this stolen car crashed into a vacant home

and it happened at singleton and center road and janine de la vega is now at the scene of a home invasion with where the stolen car was linked to. >> reporter: right now we are in a neighborhood near capital expressway and ocala and this is where a home invasion took place earlier this morning and now here is a map of the two different crime scenes that took place and that home invasion took place in san jose on shadow lane and if you follow the blue line you can see the suspects then traveled in a stolen suv on highway 101 and a chp car followed and then it crashed on singleton and center road which is several miles away. here is a video of that red suv which plowed at about 415 and

they didn't realize they were tied to the home invasion and they didn't realize it was speeding and when it crashed they took the 15-year-old male passenger into custody and the male driver ran away on foot and police did a yard to yard search and they could not locate them and processing them at the home invasion, people who were robbed, here is what they had to say. >> and forceable entry was made and they woke up to find people in their house. >> what happened after that? >> the robbery took place and i will not get into too much details and we are collecting the evidence at this point. >> i am not going into detail on that. >> the stolen suv was towed

away from that other crime scene and it is going to be booked into evidence and checked for fingerprints and it will be checked to see if there are any stolen goods found inside of it and of course at the other crime scene invasion took place again and they are processing this scene and interviewing the couple who lived inside the home and i am told neither of them were transported and one of the questions i asked officers should people be worried, was it random or targeted and that's something they just can't answer right now. reporting live from san jose, janine de la vega. new this morning, two men are in the hospital after being stabbed in a street fight in san francisco. it happened this morning on farrell in the tenderloin district. it started with some kind of fight involving a large crowd

and they are looking at surveillance video in hopes of finding the suspect. anybody with information is asked to call police. firefighters are starting to figure out what threatened them. the fire started but people were evacuated from around the burning hylashield and people were allowed to return tonight. >> i thought can i leave all of this stuff, how sad will i be to not have any of this stuff. >> they are making sure flames did not flare-up. one woman said she saw a young man running from the area shortly after the fire started. but fire investigators have not said whether they plea of the fire was intentionally set.

. an outage left thousands of people in the dark in the east bay. beginning in the san pablo area, at the peak of the outage nearly 6,000 customers were without power and we just got off the phone a few moments ago. they now say only 157 were affected. it appears to be a power poll
