>> how the driver survived one incredible crash. and a kid gets what he always wanted. >> cue the tears. >> the story behind the gift to end all gifts. >> i'm just so happy. this video is a little bit older, but it's just now going crazy viral in russia. you notice some bikers on a busy street, but pay close attention to the sedan who looks like he's going to change lane, almost hits a biker, swerves back into his lane, but watch what the biker does. you the he'll brake check him, but stops all together. >> got his buddies, uh-oh, surrounded. >> surrounded, and the driver gets out of the sedan. rule number one, when you have an encounter in russia, don't get out of the car.

>> he's out of the car and on the hood of the car. >> dude, stay in your car, run the guys over. you're being assaulted. >> roll the windows up, lock the doors, looks like there's somebody else in the car. you're clearly out matched here. >> yeah, the woman gets out of the car thinking maybe she can reason with the guys, stop the fight, get things under control. looks like she's calming the guys down and has the guy under control as well, but watch what the guy in the car pulls out. >> are you kidding me? that was a good fake out, holy, smokes. >> that whole swerving was planned? >> it s all planned. >> good thing not packing heat or a weapon. you know what? i'll tak care of this. there's flowers in the trunk? >> oh, yeah, everybody's involved. the girl goes from terrified to thrilled. jumping up and down, smiling,

giddy as all get out. >> weapon of choice was a diamond ring. >> have not seen that before. plays them every time. this video from a helmet cam really shows that firefighters encounter more obstacles than just putting out the fire. this is from a firefighter with a vista fire department in new york, just a firefighter and another firefighter. you see a two-man crew responded to the house fire because the main fire engine was out of service. this was taken by a novelman and you see all the smoke because of all the flames, but one of the problems is the family panics, open the door, and fire loves oxygen. the fire spreads. they have all the hose out, but they had to drop it and move back closer to the engine because the power lines near the house fell. >> oh, no. >

>> that is a power line going up in flames. you can hear that. you can hear that pop. >> the angle makes it look terrifying, see how close it is. rushing against the edge of the helmet. >> a lot of ground for two guys to cover. >> eventually they backed out of the home because the fire was progressing through there. again, more than just flames going on with this fire. you can just see the many challenges they face when people are still living in the house and may do the wrong thing or when electrical lines get involved. it's what philadelphia, but these people are not chilling out all cool, "fresh prince" reference, but no, opposite. it's a stoop fight. guys, girls, a big group of girls on the steps. this is just a melee, and what do you know? when a bunch of girls fight, what is the number one target? >> the hair. >> we got a problem.

you are right. there will be many a weave on the ground, but guess what? dudes are in this too. that one dude was, like, on the fence there. he was crashed in the face, falls over, and this is just spilling out all over the place. >> this is your neighborhood. you live near these people, next time you see them, is there another fight if. >> looks like for a minute it will end, right? calming down, but, oh, no, my friends. this happens. keep watching. when you think it's over, a dude flies in from the west, and, boom, another big punch, and that reignites everything. now it looks like some sort of authority figure in there breaking it up. look at that. there's one, there's two, looks like three. >> at least $250 worth of hair on the ground. >> this guy is doing his best to keep it controlled. [ bleep ]. >> but then now the fight's moving down the block, leaving the steps, chases people down.

all the while, what else sucks? >> there's kids there on their bikes. >> a bad role model for the kids. broke up for now. you know nothing was achieved. >> and this is the city of brotherly love. what in the world is going on in this video? australia for high speed speedboat racing. check it out. hot lemon on the course right now. that's the name of the boat. watch hot lemon turn into a hot mess. >> oh! >> instantly, lost it, and poof. >> it's gone. you don't see anything. you do see driver rod peterson. rod peterson was seriously injured in the crash, suffered from broken ribs, a fractured ankle and torn ligaments. the first on scene to help rod out said it was a mechanical

issue and nothing to do with rod making that pass for third place. if you look, it really looks like they are boats where the guys are just in there, not in a safety pod thing where if the boat breaks in 2 million pieces, they are fine. looks like they are freely in the boat. rod is awake and talking and says he's convinced his body harness and body restraints saved his neck, back, and possibly his life. encourages all racers to check safety gear, wear it, and make sure it's all up to speck. just in time for 4th of juljuly popper potatoes. >> you could make those. >> see how easily next. riders take off, but that's the first bump to come in this rocky race.

. it's kind of hard to argue in favor of your driving when there's evidence that you've been a really bad driver on the road like this as a driver with the dash cam is driving down the road. suddenly, this guy decides to rush into the lane right in front of the driver and then slam on the brakes. >> looks like he's talking to him, trying to be a jerk. >> the driver was christian james clark, 26 years old, in the u.k., pleaded guilty to dangerous driving and ended up being banned from driving for 12 months for this stunt. >> wow. >> was ordered 150 hours of community service, and he also had to pay a fine. >> good. this one in brisbane, at the intersection, you clearly see a green light, vehicles coming towards us also have a green light, but there are rules on the road that were not obeyed here. >> oh.

>> boy, that's bad driving. >> the drivers of the vehicle in the white car basically was trying to go really fast on a nonturning lane according to the posted video, getting in the way of the black vehicle, making it impossible to miss and colliding. >> but cutting off the guy in the dash cam. >> yep. >> very, very fortunate. >> the barbecue food channel posted a recipe for jalapeno popper potatoes. >> a great way to spice up your potatoes with a twist. >> two potatoes, wrap in foil, and put them on coals for 20 minutes. >> after 20 minutes, take them off and let them cool down. >> put the jalapeno on the grill stuffed with cream cheese, core out the potato, put it in the
